Setelah menunggu lebih dari satu dekade, AC Milan akhirnya kembali jadi yang terbaik di Italia pada gelaran 2021/22.

Milan arahan Stefano Pioli merengkuh gelarnya seusai mengoleksi 86 poin, unggul dua angka di depan rival sekota Inter.

Scudetto bagi Rossoneri baru bisa dipastikan di pekan terakhir seusai mereka mengalahkan tuan rumah Sassuolo dengan skor 3-0, selagi bintang veteran Olivier Giroud mengemas brace di pertandingan itu.

Adapun ini adalah gelar liga ke-19 bagi Milan, menyamai koleksi Inter, yang sejatinya merupakan juara bertahan di musim kemarin.
