That's all for today, goodbye.
Next up, Betis will host Osasuna in the Copa del Rey. As for Barcelona, they will face Real Madrid in the final of the Supercopa, looking to win the competition for the first time since 2018.
Barcelona will face Real Madrid in the final of the Supercopa after beating Real Betis on penalties. First having a goal disallowed for offside, with Raphinha caught beyond the last defender before assisting Pedri, Xavi’s side took the lead through Lewandowski. Receiving a pass from Dembele, the striker had his first shot blocked before thumping in the rebound. Defending for most of the game, Betis scored their first equaliser after the break. Inside the box, Henrique rolled the ball past a defender before finding Fekir who hammered a strike low beyond Bravo. Into extra time, Barcelona regained their advantage through substitute Fati. A free-kick was cleared straight to him, with the winger volleying the ball into the bottom corner. Refusing to give up, Betis struck again, this time through Moron who beat the goalkeeper with a backheel. Just before the penalty shoot-out, Betis went down to 10 men with Guardado receiving two yellow cards in six minutes. Into the shoot-out, the first four penalties were converted before Ter Stegen made two saves. Denying Juanmi and Carvalho, Pedri scored Barcelona’s fourth penalty to see them progress to the final.

GOALLL! KESSIE SCORES! 2-2! Kessie's low penalty lacks power, but it beats Bravo who gets a touch on it. The former Manchester City goalkeeper will be disappointed that he did not save that.
GOALLL! Scoring the second goal of the game, Moron converts the penalty. He slams the ball to the right of the goal past the goalkeeper who went the right way.
LEWANDOWSKI SCORES! After a staggered approach to the penalty, he curls the ball to the left of the goal and into the net.

Betis have a clear plan and could have scored on multiple occasions. Flashing the ball across the Barcelona box, they have late runners darting in from outside the area. Gavi and Roberto made vital interventions before the break, with low crosses looking the most dangerous. As for Barcelona, their wingers have been imperative. Dembele and Raphinha have been outstanding, running at the Betis defence and forcing them back. However, as the game progressed, Ruibal started to learn how to defend against the Frenchman. Playing on the left rather than the right, Dembele has regularly had to cut it back onto his stronger foot, slowing down the Barcelona attack.
Barcelona have the lead at half-time thanks to a goal from Lewandowski. Quiet for most of the opening 45 minutes, failing to control several crosses, the Poland international found the net on the 40th-minute. Breaking on the counter, Lewandowski received the ball from Dembele, having his first shot blocked before thumping in the rebound. This came after Xavi’s side had a goal disallowed for offside. Pedri touched in Raphinha’s chipped cross, but the Brazilian was offside before putting it into the box. Betis had chances and could have scored before the break. On the left, Miranda found Henrique, with his powerful strike from close range pushed away by Ter Stegen.

7' Pedri switches the ball out to the left towards Alba. He looks to run past Henrique and into the box but is tackled.
5' De Jong wastes an opportunity. With the defence blocking the right wing, Dembele was free on the left. Looking to play a throughball to the Frenchman, he passes it out for a goal-kick. He would have been one-on-one with the goalkeeper.
4' Ambitious from Henrique. With Ter Stegen off of his line, he attempts to chip it over him from the halfway line. However, it bounces out for a goal-kick.
2' Early chance for Raphinha. The former Leeds winger cuts inside from the right before curling the ball low into the box. With Lewandowski in the middle, it goes straight to Bravo.
