Adrien Rabiot and Leandro Paredes are back from their domestic bans, with the former to feature in midfield against Inter. Another change in the middle may come in the form of Fabio Miretti ahead of Enzo Barrenechea.

Going forward, either Angel Di Maria or Moise Kean should start ahead of Arkadiusz Milik in support of Dusan Vlahovic, who is expected to keep his place up front.

Leonardo Bonucci and Paul Pogba are out injured, while Federico Chiesa's return from a long-term layoff may also take a while longer.

Defender Milan Skriniar is sidelined with a back problem, but Hakan Calhanoglu may be available despite the midfielder picking a muscle injury while on Turkey duty last month.

Federico Dimarco is expected to remain unavailable, as Robin Gosens will continue on the left flank.

In attack, Inter boss Simeone Inzaghi may be tempted to try out the Edin Dzeko-Lautaro Martinez partnership given that Romelu Lukaku and Joaquin Correa haven't quite delivered the goods up front of late.
