UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League
UEFA Conference League Qualifiers

That's all from a raucous Stadio Giuseppe Meazza today, so thank you for joining our coverage of a memorable Milan Derby and goodbye!
Both needing to respond to a remarkable encounter in very different ways, today's teams kick off their Champions League campaigns in the coming week: Milan travel to Salzburg, while Inter start at home to Bayern Munich.
Securing deserved Derby della Madonnina glory, Milan beat the team they succeeded as champions in a relentless tussle at San Siro. From Inter's opening goal onwards, the action never ceased, as the second city giants fought tooth and nail for pride and points. It will be the Rossoneri side of the city that celebrates, though, largely thanks to an inspired performance from Leao and Maignan's late heroics in keeping the below-par Nerazzurri at bay.
90' + 6' After waiting for the ball to fall neatly onto his right side, Origi swipes what is surely the final chance far over the Inter goal. Milan are going to win this breathless derby!
90' + 5' Kalulu heads the ball only partly clear, and it drops nicely onto the boot of Mkhitaryan 20 yards out. However, he rushes his attempt, which drifts wide of the left-hand post.
Rafael Leão
Yellow Card
90' + 3' Needlessly rising to the bait of D'Ambrosio, who shoulders his opponent, Leao finds himself booked for a relatively limited response.
90' + 2' In the second minute of at least five added on for stoppages, Calhanoglu is penalised for clattering Bennacer in an aerial challenge.
90' Inter force a corner, which Dimarco takes; sending an outswinger into the six-yard box. After the ball is part-cleared it comes back in, and Maignan grabs it above the head of Dumfries.
88' After Diaz bursts past Dimarco on the right, and then pulls a ball across the box to Leao, the latter shows some fancy footwork before blasting a wayward shot way over the crossbar from the edge of the area. That'll waste some time, at least.
86' The latest raft of changes - plus some tiring legs among those who started - brings about a lull in the hitherto relentless action. Time is ticking down for Inter, though, they have to get back on the front foot.
R. Gosens
M. Darmian
84' Gosens is given a brief cameo on the left flank; Darmian makes way.
D. D'Ambrosio
S. de Vrij
84' Inter also make a double substitution, with De Vrij first being replaced by D'Ambrosio in the back three.
T. Pobega
S. Tonali
84' An excellent display from Tonali ends early, as Pobega comes on in midfield.
S. Kjær
D. Calabria
84' Two more changes for Milan: first, captain Calabria is replaced by Kjaer.
83' From the corner, Origi picks the ball up in space on the left corner of the area, and proceeds to lash in a shot at goal. However, he gets under his effort, which only spirals over the crossbar.
81' With challenges flying in all over the pitch, the action is wide open, and Leao threatens to pounce once again but is denied a shot at goal from the edge of the box. Milan have a corner.
79' Still struggling to get into the game since his arrival from the bench, Saelemaekers brings down Dimarco and concedes a free-kick. Inter's second goal has competely changed the momentum, and now Milan are merely hanging on.
S. Tonali
Yellow Card
77' Tonali tarnishes an otherwise fine showing by picking up a yellow card for a foul in midfield.
77' GREAT SAVE! Calhanoglu winds up one of his special long-range strikes, which is headed for the top-right corner until Maignan springs to his left and tips the ball away for a corner! If they hold on for the win today, Milan will owe their keeper quite a debt!
76' NO PENALTY! The check is complete; no spot-kick for Inter, and the game goes on!
75' PENALTY? After a relentless flurry of Inter attempts, the VAR intervenes and will examine the evidence for a possible Inter penalty - high drama at San Siro!
74' Maignan makes another stop - this time a little more unorthodox - as he kicks away a low drive by Dzeko from outside the box.
D. Origi
O. Giroud
73' Another productive derby is done for Giroud; Origi replaces him up front for the final stages.
A. Saelemaekers
Junior Messias
72' Pioli makes a familiar switch on the right flank, as Messias makes way for Saelemaekers.
70' SAVE! Just days after his penalty save in Sassuolo, Maignan is the Milan hero again, as the goalkeeper dives down to his right to palm away a firm Martinez header! Fantastic reactions from the Frenchman!
M. Darmian
67' Picking up the ball on the left touchline, Darmian plays a low cross to the near post, which Dzeko then turns home for Inter's second goal.
E. Džeko
67' INTER ARE BACK IN IT! Out of nowhere, the Nerazzurri reduce their deficit to one, as Dzeko replicates Giroud's near-post run for Milan's third and slots the ball home off the inside of the post! Just on the pitch, Mkhitaryan releases Darmian down the left, and his low cross is coolly converted by the Bosnian!
F. Dimarco
A. Bastoni
64' A difficult day for Bastoni comes to a premature conclusion, as he is withdrawn for Dimarco to take his place.
E. Džeko
J. Correa
64' Inzaghi has seen enough, and Inter make a triple change. First, Correa makes way for Dzeko up front.
Brahim Díaz
C. De Ketelaere
63' Milan also make a substitution, as De Ketelaere - on a booking - is replaced by Diaz.
H. Mkhitaryan
N. Barella
63' A quiet game for Barella ends; Mkhitaryan makes his debut in trying circumstances.
O. Giroud
60' Giroud brings down a high ball and uses his guile to pick out Leao for Milan's third goal with a smart pass.
Rafael Leão
60' MILAN HAVE THREE! The Rossoneri stretch their lead, as Giroud returns the favour and plays in Leao. There's still plenty to do for the powerful winger, who drives into the box and slots a low angled shot wide of Handanovic's grasp and into the bottom-right corner! Milan 3-1 Inter!
59' A desperate shirt-pull by Skriniar on Tonali concedes a free-kick out on the left flank. The Inter defender is being run ragged today, and his frustration is staring to show.
58' After receiving some medical treatment, Messias is considered fit enough to continue, and the game goes on.
56' Inter are in danger of buckling here, as Milan relentlessly drive forward, and Messias is only denied a clean strike at goal from the edge of the box by a last-ditch Bastoni challenge. The Milan man appears to be injured, though.
Rafael Leão
54' Certainly not for the first time today, Leao crosses from the left, and Milan's opening goalscorer sets up their second by picking out Giroud.
O. Giroud
54' GIROUD DOES IT AGAIN! Following his second-half brace in the last league derby, Giroud strikes once more! Pulling across the near post, the veteran striker clips the ball cleverly into the far corner with his left foot from Leao's low cross; leaving Handanovic helpless. Milan lead 2-1!
53' After an interminable delay, Calhanoglu slams his shot from the free-kick straight into the Rossoneri wall in front of him, and the ball deflects out for a throw-in.
C. De Ketelaere
Yellow Card
51' With Correa set to strike a dropping ball on the edge of the box, De Ketelaere barges him over and concedes a free-kick. Despite Milan's protests, he's also shown a yellow card.
50' A scrappy start to the second half sees neither side able to impose themselves on proceedings, with too many loose touches conceding possession.
48' After much discussion between Bennacer and Tonali, the latter sends in a free-kick from the right towards the penalty spot. Hernandez rises highest, but under pressure, can only head wide of the target.
46' Inter get us back under way at San Siro - the derby will be decided in the next 45 minutes!
Possession was almost equally shared between the two teams during the first half, but Milan fired in 13 shots to Inter's five - and they won 71 per cent of duels to the Nerazzurri's 29.
With their authority growing throughout a fast-paced first half, Milan played like the champions they are, and fought back straight away after falling behind to go in level at the break. Minutes after Brozovic clinically broke the derby deadlock, Leao struck with similar precision at the other end, which was just reward for the Rossoneri's performance in the first 45. However, Inter surely can't play as sluggishly after the interval, and possessing plenty of experience - plus several options on the bench - they will still fancy their chances of claiming three points.
45' On the break, Inter steal a half-chance, as Martinez gathers the ball in and has a shot charged down by Tomori on the brink of the box. Incidentally, only one minute of stoppage time has been indicated.
43' Another Bennacer delivery - this time from in central midfield - drifts dangerously towards the penalty spot, but Groud plants a tame header over the bar. Milan are bossing this derby right now, but remain on level terms with time ticking down towards the interval.
41' Getting up above Dumfries at the back post, Hernandez is unable to control a header which meets Bennacer's cross from a free-kick, and the ball sails wide.
39' Given his prowess from dead-ball situations, Tonali drives a disappointing free-kick straight at the Inter wall from 20 yards out. Then, Bennacer shoots wide.
M. Brozović
Yellow Card
38' For bringing down De Ketelaere just a few yards outside the box, Brozovic is shown a yellow card by the referee.
37' CLOSE! From Bennacer's inswinging corner, De Ketelaere does well to lose Bastoni in the box, but his header is steered just off target from the left side of the area. Milan are closing in; can Inter hold on until half-time?
35' DOUBLE CHANCE! Milan are on top now, as Tonali has a shot stopped by Handanovic before Hernandez picks the ball up in space and cracks an effort over the crossbar!
34' Giroud's busy spell continues, as he latches on to a long throughball by Tonali and then rushes a left-footed shot, which spirals several yards over the target.
33' Now, Giroud is the man felled, as Calhanoglu grapples him to the ground in midfield: Milan have a free-kick.
O. Giroud
Yellow Card
31' After catching Skriniar with an aggressive challenge, Giroud is penalised. His subsequent protests earn the Milan striker a booking.
Rafael Leão
28' MILAN EQUALISE! Leao levels things up in the Derby della Madonnina! The Portuguese forward decides to take a first time strike, after Calhanoglu gives the ball away against his former side and Tonali feeds his team-mate on the left. Handanovic gets a fingertip to it, but it's not enough: 1-1 at San Siro!
S. Tonali
28' Taking the opportunity presented by Inter losing the ball, Tonali drives through the centre and lays off a well-weighted pass for Leao to strike.
27' On the stretch, Giroud tries to hook a shot goalward from just inside the area, but it merely ripples the side-netting.
25' Another Leao cross from the left picks out Calabria at the back post, and despite being almost totally unmarked, the Milan skipper sends his header well over the crossbar.
23' Could it be happening again to Milan today? The Rossoneri have failed to win any of their last six Serie A clashes with Inter as 'hosts' at the Meazza, since a 3-0 victory in January 2016, and they now trail midway through the first half.
J. Correa
21' Correa picks out Brozovic for the opening goal with a smart throughball towards the edge of the Milan area.
M. Brozović
21' INTER LEAD! The Nerazzurri strike first! Showing a cool head amid the white-hot furnace of the derby, Brozovic steps clear of Hernandez to slot the ball under Maignan and into the back of the net, following Correa's throughball. That's a tidy finish from the midfield maestro, and Inter go 1-0 up at San Siro!
19' Nominally the home side today, Milan are building momentum as the half wears on, but their latest attack is broken up when Barella goes down under a challenge from Bennacer in midfield.
17' Again picking the ball up in the left channel, this time Leao drifts inside and lets fly with a curling shot towards the far post, which requires Handanovic to make a diving save down to his left.
15' OFF THE BAR! Leao works his way to the left byline and sends over a dangerous cross, which Giroud is set to latch on to. However, Bastoni intervenes, and due to his awkward body position can only head the ball against his own crossbar! The referee then whistles for a foul by Giroud.
13' Both Martinez and Tomori appear to make accidental contact on the ball with their hand, but it is the former who is penalised, and Milan have a free-kick. The Inter man is not happy!
12' Well placed to strike, Brozovic fires a good chance straight at Tonali from inside the area, and his only reward is a corner out on the right.
T. Hernández
Yellow Card
10' After pushing away Dumfries following a hard-fought 50-50 challenge, Hernandez receives a stern talking-to by the referee and also a yellow card.
D. Dumfries
Yellow Card
9' For his reaction to Hernandez's aggression, Dumfries is also booked.
8' A titanic tussle between Hernandez and Dumfries on Inter's right wing ends in the former earning a free-kick for an apparent push. The pair come together afterwards for a spot of shoving, and there are sure to be consequences!
6' After a typical surge down the left flank by Leao, the ball ends up at De Ketelaere's feet, but the Belgian's first touch is not neat enough and he loses the chance to shoot from inside the box.
4' A very ambitious low drive by Martinez from nearly 30 yards out strikes Tonali on the edge of the box, but at least marks out the Inter striker's ambition - with Lukaku missing he is the Nerazzurri's focal point today.
3' Amid a well-balanced start, the ball has been in the air more than would have been expected before kick-off, with neither side able to pin back their opponents yet.
1' Milan kick off, and we are under way at San Siro!
The players are out on the pitch at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, with kick-off in the Derby della Madonnina now just moments away!
With Romelu Lukaku still ruled out by a thigh problem, Correa beats Dzeko in the battle to partner Martinez up front for Inter. At the other end, Bastoni returns to Inzaghi's three-man defence, so Dimarco drops to the bench. Mkhitaryan joins the latter among the Nerazzurri's substitutes after recovering from injury, and could now make his debut in the Milan Derby.
Captain Calabria returns at right-back for Milan, who saw Alessandro Florenzi brought off with a muscular injury in midweek, while De Ketelaere is preferred to Diaz, and Messias pips Saelemakers to a place on the right flank. Former Inter star Zlatan Ibrahimovic remains unavailable following knee surgery; joining Rade Krunic and Ante Rebic on the sidelines. However, several new signings feature on the bench, including Dest, Thiaw and Vranckx.
SUBS: Andre Onana, Alex Cordaz, Federico Dimarco, Roberto Gagliardini, Robin Gosens, Danilo D'Ambrosio, Raoul Bellanova, Edin Dzeko, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Kristjan Asllani, Valentin Carboni, Francesco Acerbi.
INTER (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Denzel Dumfries, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Hakan Calhanoglu, Matteo Darmian; Joaquin Correa, Lautaro Martinez.
SUBS: Ciprian Tatarusanu, Antonio Mirante, Matteo Gabbia, Brahim Diaz, Fode Ballo-Toure, Sergino Dest, Yacine Adli, Simon Kjaer, Alexis Saelemaekers, Tommaso Pobega, Divock Origi, Malick Thiaw, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Aster Vranckx.

Inter begin today's game one point ahead of their city rivals in the Serie A standings, having taken nine from a possible 12 so far this season. Though they later gained a measure of revenge by eliminating Milan in the Coppa Italia semi-finals, the most recent league derby saw Simone Inzaghi's side concede twice in the final 15 minutes to squander momentum in the Scudetto race, which they ultimately lost. In midweek, the Nerazzurri beat promoted Cremonese 3-1; bouncing straight back from defeat to Inzaghi's former club Lazio.
Today's derby sees Scudetto-holders Milan tackle a side they deposed as champions in May; securing their first Serie A title for over a decade. Stefano Pioli's side prepared for the task by travelling to Sassuolo on Tuesday, but having made several changes to his starting XI, the former Inter coach was forced to settle for a goalless draw. Nonetheless, the Rossoneri remain unbeaten in their last 20 league outings - posting 13 wins in the process.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of today's Derby della Madonnina, between Milan and Inter at San Siro!
