Commentary

Chelsea face a nervy last few games to secure their place in the top four, then, while a European place is a real prospect for Wolves. That's all for now. Goodbye!
Chelsea stay third in the Premier League table for now, but need to keep an eye on the teams below them. Dropping points from winning positions has been the Blues' main flaw this season. Only Newcastle United and Southampton have dropped more than their 20 this campaign. Wolves stay eighth, having picked up another good result. They're only two points off West Ham United in seventh now and a Europa Conference League place.
Chelsea's late-season travails continue! They've blown a two-goal lead to let Wolves salvage a late draw. Once Lukaku put the Blues 2-0 up around the hour mark with his second goal of the game, it felt like there was no way back for Lage's men. The visitors made good changes though, with Chiquinho supplying his fellow substitute Trincao along with Coady's header in stoppage time.
90' + 9' FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 2-2 WOLVES
90' + 8' Chelsea resume play, but there's no time left for them to respond to Wolves' equaliser! That's it!
C. Coady
Goal
Wolverhampton Wanderers
90' + 7' GOAL! CHELSEA 2-2 WOLVES! Coady snatches a point for Wolves at the death! The Wolves captain ventures forward as an emergency striker to get on the end of Chiquinho's cross and nod it into the net from close range! Chelsea look crestfallen.
Chiquinho
Assist
Wolverhampton Wanderers
90' + 7' Chiquinho's delivery for Coady there was splendid, but Wolves did very well to keep their composure and find him in space down the right. A draw for the visitors doesn't feel totally undeserved.
90' + 6' Rudiger's foul gives Wolves a chance to put the ball into Chelsea's box. Chelsea do their best to stall the free-kick and earn a corner, which they try and fail to keep near the corner flag. Can Wolves mount one last attack?
90' + 4' Play's stopped while a Wolves player receives treatment after an innocuous challenge by James. That'll suit Chelsea just fine.
90' + 2' Havertz almost seals the win for Chelsea, firing just wide from the right of the box. It looks like they'll do enough to hold Wolves off at this stage.
K. Havertz
R. Lukaku
Chelsea
90' + 1' Lukaku's time on the pitch for Chelsea is up. He can be pleased with his two-goal outing. Havertz replaces him for the last few minutes.
90' There'll be six minutes of added time. That's plenty of time for Wolves to score if they can create the right chance.
89' Mendy grabs a tired Wolves cross into his box before Lukaku holds the ball up to earn Chelsea a valuable free-kick. Chelsea are keeping their cool and still popping passes around, despite Wolves' pushing for an equaliser.
M. Sarr
Azpilicueta
Chelsea
87' Chelsea substitution. Azpilicueta, who's been flagging for a while, goes off. Sarr says his prayers before coming on.
85' Chelsea survive the corner, but Wolves suddenly have their tails up. Jimenez slashes wide from inside the D.
83' Thiago Silva hands Wolves another corner, getting a vital touch on Trincao's shot from the centre of the box. Jonny had managed to slip the Wolves man through on goal.
81' That's Trincao's second goal of this Premier League campaign. Wolves haven't scored many this season, but they're generally good at hanging in games as has proved the case here.
Chiquinho
Assist
Wolverhampton Wanderers
80' Wolves will be glad to see two of their substitutes combine for their goal, even if Chiquinho's pass for Trincao was quite simple. They've improved since bringing fresh legs onto the pitch.

Goal
Wolverhampton Wanderers
79' GOAL! CHELSEA 2-1 WOLVES! Trincao makes an instant impact from the bench, cutting inside on his left foot to lash past Mendy from the edge of the D! Chiquinho had sent his fellow substitute scampering off on the counter. Wolves could still nick a point here after all.
Trincão
Rúben Neves
Wolverhampton Wanderers
77' Wolves substitution. Trincao replaces Neves.
75' Chelsea have the game well under control at the moment. Pulisic feeds Lukaku to his left. The Belgian hangs up the ball for his teammates but can't stop it from floating over the roof of the net.
73' Mendy makes a great block to deny Hwang, who shoots straight at him from the centre of the box. Chelsea power up the other end of the pitch and Kovacic lashes at Sa to force a corner.
Chiquinho
R. Saïss
Wolverhampton Wanderers
70' Saiss trudges off the pitch too. Wolves' Portuguese winger Chiquinho is his replacement.
Hwang Hee-Chan
Pedro Neto
Wolverhampton Wanderers
70' Here are those Wolves changes. Hwang replaces Neto up front first.
68' Werner's low cross from the left is cut out by a covering Wolves defender. It looks like Saiss will have to go off after all.
67' Hwang is still waiting to come on for Wolves. The visitors do need to make changes if they want to salvage anything from this game.
65' Wolves are preparing a few substitutions. Saiss spends a while moving like he will be unable to continue, before deciding to soldier on.
63' Wolves earn a corner of their own. Saiss heads wide from Neto's cross.
61' Coady blocks Pulisic's shot from the right of the box. Chelsea get a corner. Wolves manage to clear it after Thiago Silva heads off-target and has another effort blocked, but the game's slipping away from them.
59' Lukaku's latest goal may only be his seventh in the Premier League this season, but he's clearly still got the killer instinct with that finish. Chelsea will wish they could have seen more from him this campaign.
C. Pulisic
Assist
Chelsea
58' What were Wolves playing at there? The visitors were dawdling and Pulisic punished them by finding Lukaku quickly. The big Belgian did the rest. It's hard to see Wolves mounting a comeback now.
R. Lukaku
Goal
Chelsea
58' GOAL! CHELSEA 2-0 WOLVES! Chelsea double their lead as Lukaku doubles his tally! Wolves faff around at the back and Pulisic nips in to win possession. The American slides in Lukaku who beats Sa with a powerful finish.
57' Werner's great run down the left of Wolves' box is let down by his wayward finish at the end. The German goes for the top right corner but is way off finding it.
Penalty Goal
56' GOAL! CHELSEA 1-0 WOLVES! Lukaku steps up and coolly dispatches his penalty kick right down the middle. The Chelsea man's celebration is muted, but his teammates surround him anyway.
54' PENALTY FOR CHELSEA! On second viewing, Saiss clearly caught Lukaku as the Belgian looked to get past him. It's an obvious penalty.
53' Lukaku reaches the byline and gets caught by the trailing leg of Saiss who's lying on the turf. Play's stopped while VAR reviews the incident. Eventually the referee Peter Bankes is advised to go over to the pitchside monitor...
João Moutinho
Yellow Card
Wolverhampton Wanderers
51' Moutinho's booked for a poor challenge on Loftus-Cheek. Chelsea are starting to up their game.
49' James fires over from a direct free-kick after Neves fouls Pulisic. Up the other end, Ait Nouri fires off-target from outside the box.
47' Chelsea start the second half brightly! Pulisic gets on the end of Lukaku's knockdown outside the box to fire wide. Werner latches onto the shot closer to goal and is denied by Sa!
46' Chelsea get the second half going. They should be confident of sneaking a win here if they can test Wolves a little more.
Saúl
Marcos Alonso
Chelsea
46' Chelsea make a half-time substitution. Saul replaces Marcos Alonso at left wing-back.
That wasn't a classic first half, but things might perk up in the second. Both Chelsea and Wolves have conceded a league-high 69 per cent of their Premier League goals this season in the second half of games.
It's goalless at Stamford Bridge at the end of a fairly even first half. Chelsea have controlled the game and will consider themselves unfortunate not to be ahead after Loftus-Cheek's goal was ruled out for offside. Wolves have held their own though, and had a few decent chances to score themselves at the end of the half.
45' + 4' HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 0-0 WOLVES
45' + 3' Wolves get one more chance to score before half-time, counter-attacking after blocking Pulisic's shot from the centre of the box. Ait Nouri aims for the top left corner from the left of the box, but his left-footed effort is never under control. That's all for now!
Pedro Neto
Yellow Card
Wolverhampton Wanderers
45' + 2' Neto's booked for impeding James' run down the right for Chelsea.
45' + 1' Lukaku receives the ball to feet in the centre of the box, swivels and shoots. The shot's low and nothing that Sa can't handle.
45' There'll be three minutes added onto the end of this first half.
44' Wolves blow the chance to take the lead before the half-time break! Neves sends Neto scampering down the left for the visitors. The winger eventually reaches the box and fires straight at Mendy. Dendoncker leans back and skies the rebound!
42' Chelsea resume their quest to find an opening goal before half-time. The hosts force two more corners before Lukaku's called offside.
40' NO GOAL FOR CHELSEA! CHELSEA 0-0 WOLVES! After a minute or two, the officials decide that Rudiger was onside, but Loftus-Cheek was not. The Chelsea fans tell VAR where to go in less than polite terms.
38' GOAL! CHELSEA 1-0 WOLVES! Loftus-Cheek arrows the ball into the net at the far post as Chelsea's corner is flicked on by Thiago Silva, Rudiger and then Lukaku. The hosts don't celebrate for too long though, as VAR decides to look at whether any of the Chelsea players were offside...
37' Alonso's inswinging free-kick is deflected out for a corner. Chelsea are building momentum as we approach half-time.
R. Saïss
Yellow Card
Wolverhampton Wanderers
36' Saiss takes out Pulisic to earn himself a yellow card. Chelsea accept a free-kick down their right.
35' Kovacic dinks a pass towards the near post, and Lukaku makes a run to get on the end of it. The Belgian isn't too far from poking it past Sa.
33' Werner slips into Pulisic's inviting throughball to slot the ball calmly past Sa. The goal is ruled out as the German bundles over Saiss in the build-up.
32' Chelsea get a corner down their right. It's kept alive by Rudiger at the far post, who smashes it into the covering Saiss.
30' Jimenez shoots from the centre of the box. He's close to finding the target, but not close enough as he misses to the left.
29' Neves slashes at a rebound from the edge of the box. The midfielder's hit flies wide of the left-hand post.
Azpilicueta
Yellow Card
Chelsea
27' Azpilicueta's shown the yellow card for his challenge on Neto. Wolves gratefully accept the free-kick.
26' Chelsea's captain Azpilicueta stops Neto's run down the right with his elbow. The referee reaches for a card.
24' Chelsea start building their next attack. The ball lands nicely for James on the edge of Wolves' box. The Chelsea wing-back fires it high and wide with his right foot.
22' James is perplexed to give away a free-kick by barging over Ait Nouri from behind. Wolves put the ball into Chelsea's box. Saiss nods it down into the turf and it bounces well over the crossbar.
20' Sa claims Alonso's awkward free-kick at the second attempt. Play's stopped briefly as a few players get back to their feet.
18' Pulisic scoops a hopeful effort over from distance. Chelsea soon earn a free-kick down their right not far from the box.
17' Jimenez darts onto Neves' pass down the line to reach the byline. The Mexican cuts the ball back towards the penalty spot, but the offside flag goes up against him.
15' Wolves earn a corner down their left. It's swung into Saiss, who can't keep his header down.
14' Lukaku's tame shot is thwarted by Sa. The Belgian has really been out of sorts this season.
13' Neto attempts a throughball down the middle for Jimenez. It bounces through to Mendy in the Chelsea goal.
11' Chelsea are dominating the ball at the moment, albeit in quite a benign way. The hosts have had 74 per cent possession so far.
9' Chance for Chelsea! Werner jinks into the left of the box to fire low at Sa. The Wolves goalkeeper dives to his left to tip the shot up and away.
7' Rudiger's curving long ball from the back is intended for Lukaku. Wolves nod it down for Sa, who catches it and urges his defenders to pay attention.
5' Rudiger cleverly earns a goal-kick by smashing the ball against Jimenez near the byline. It's been a quiet start.
3' Alonso flings a high cross towards Wolves' box from the left. It floats harmlessly over to the opposite side of the pitch where Chelsea can't make the most of it.
1' The visitors Wolves get this game underway!
This fixture hasn't been full of goals recently, as the last two Premier League games between Chelsea and Wolves have finished goalless. However, the Blues have never had three consecutive 0-0 draws against an opponent in their league history. Wolves are also winless in their last eight league visits to Stamford Bridge. A narrow home win then?
Wolves also make three changes from their 3-0 home loss to Brighton and Hove Albion. Jonny starts at right wing-back. Neto and Jimenez start up front.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel makes three changes to his team from their 1-0 loss away to Everton last week. In come Kovacic, Pulisic and Lukaku.
SUBS: Trincao, Marcal, Fabio Silva, Tote Gomes, Chiquinho, John Ruddy, Ki-Jana Hoever, Hwang Hee-Chan, Luke Cundle.

SUBS: Ross Barkley, Mason Mount, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Saul Níguez, Trevoh Chalobah, Andreas Christensen, Kai Havertz, Malang Sarr, Hakim Ziyech.
CHELSEA (3-4-1-2): Edouard Mendy; Cesar Azpilicueta (c), Thiago Silva, Antonio Rüdiger; Reece James, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Mateo Kovacic, Marcos Alonso; Christian Pulisic; Romelu Lukaku, Timo Werner.
Wolves are in trouble lately too, having lost each of their last three Premier League games by an aggregate score of 5-0. Despite their poor run of form, Bruno Lage's men are still on track for a top-half finish and have already shown this season that they can cause problems for the biggest teams in the league.
Chelsea's recent wobble has put their anticipated top three finish back into question. The Blues have lost three of their last six league games, as many as they had in their first 28 this season. They need to get back to winning ways to avoid reopening the door for Arsenal and Tottenham below them in the table.
