Kaizer Chiefs are set to travel to the Dobsonville Stadium where they are scheduled to face their Soweto rivals, Swallows FC in a PSL match on Wednesday.

The Glamour Boys came back to hold AmaZulu to a 1-1 draw in an MTN8 match on Sunday and they will now be looking to bounce back to winning ways.

Chiefs are likely to be without several players including the injured Khama Billiat and George Matlou, who was red-carded after the game against AmaZulu.

GOAL predicts Amakhosi's starting line-up.

  • Itumeleng Khune Kaizer Chiefs.

The Amakhosi captain will be looking to ensure that his side avoids a defeat by keeping his first clean sheet since September 9 which was against AmaZulu in a PSL clash.

  • Dillon Solomons, Kaizer Chiefs, August 2022

    RIGHT-BACK - Dillion Solomons

The Cape Town-born player will be brimming with confidence after providing his first assist as a Chiefs player over the weekend.

  • Sifiso Hlanti, Kaizer Chiefs, September 2022

    LEFT-BACK - Sifiso Hlanti

The former Swallows full-back will be up against hard-running right-winger Tshidiso Patjie who has been one of Swallows' standout performers this term.

  • Zitha Kwinika, Kaizer Chiefs, August 2022

    CENTRAL DEFENDER - Zitha Macheke

The 28-year-old is a leader in the Amakhosi defence and he will be eager to marshall the backline, and ensure that they keep a clean sheet.

  • Edmilson Dove Kaizer Chiefs.

    CENTRAL DEFENDER - Edmilson Dove

The left-footed defender, who was arguably Chiefs' best player over the weekend, will be keen to replicate the same form in the Soweto Derby.

  • Njabulo Blom, Kaizer Chiefs, August 2022

The versatile player is playing some of his best football as a defensive midfielder and he has regained coach Arthur Zwane's faith in him.

  • Yusuf Maart Kaizer Chiefs

The hard-working midfielder has become the glue that keeps the Amakhosi midfield together and he could be key to a win over Swallows.

  • Keagan Dolly, Kaizer Chiefs, August 2022

The accomplished attacker came off the bench to score a vital goal against AmaZulu and he might be rewarded with a starting berth.

  • Kgaogelo Sekgota, Kaizer Chiefs, August 2022

    LEFT FORWARD - Kgaogelo Sekgota

The nippy speedster, who produced a Man of the Match performance over the weekend, will be looking to continue his good form.

  • RIGHT FORWARD - Ashley du Preez

The mobile forward has come under heavy criticism lately due to his poor finishing, but Zwane might keep his faith in him.

  • Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana, Kaizer Chiefs, September 2022

    CENTRE FORWARD - Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana

The 24-year-old was let down by some poor finishing against AmaZulu and he will be determined to make amends when he faces Swallows' leaky defence which conceded four goals against Golden Arrows on September 17.
