Both teams end their campaign and will head off into the summer, with Roma basking in their triumph. The two sides will return to European action next season in the Europa League, having qualified domestically for the competition.
Roma secure their first major European trophy by winning the Europa Conference League, defeating Feyenoord 1-0 in Tirana. Nicolo Zaniolo scored the only goal of the game in the first half to earn the crown for his team. The Dutch outfit pushed in the second period and came close twice as Gianluca Mancini almost scored an own goal before Tyrell Malacia was denied by a super stop from Rui Patricio. However, Roma had the nous to see out the contest to lift their first trophy in 14 years.

Feyenoord work the ball neatly between Linssen and Dessers in the box before the forward tees up Sinisterra. However, the winger takes one touch too many as he tries to find Malacia and loses out to Mancini.
Smalling continues to edge the battle between Dessers, knocking the ball away from the forward from Sinisterra's offload into the box.
Time is running out for Feyenoord to force the issue. They've played well in the second half, but have not managed to find a way past Patricio.

WIDE! Malacia causes havoc with another dangerous cross after he seizes on a mistake by Karsdorp. Nelson collects and fires at goal, but the ball deflects off the boot of Ibanez and travels wide of the target.
Feyenoord have had 75.4% possession over the opening 15 minutes of the second half.
Smalling slips under pressure from Dessers, but Ibanez gets back to knock the ball away from the Feyenoord forward before he can convert. Play is halted anyway for a handball by Dessers.

BLOCK! Smalling is on hand in the Roma box to deflect a strike from Kokcu away from goal after Malacia's cross is diverted into his path in the inside-left channel.
The game has exploded into life after the restart with the Italian outfit clinging on to their lead in Tirana. Feyenoord have been excellent since the break.
There was a VAR check for the supposed foul by Senesi on Abraham, but there was no action taken against the defender. He can consider himself very fortunate.
Abraham breaks past Senesi following a mistake by the defender and has his arm pulled back by the Feyenoord defender. He stumbles and loses the ball forward, but looks to the referee for a free-kick and a potential red card, but the official is unmoved.
Sinisterra angles a dangerous cross to the back post for the Dutch outfit, but Geertruida on the stretch just cannot reach it to steer a strike towards goal.
WHAT A SAVE! Aursnes produces a sublime backheel for Malacia on the edge of the Roma box. He hammers a strike towards the top-right corner, but Patricio produces a brilliant stop to turn it on to the post and wide.
There is a VAR check for a penalty for handball against Cristante, but the Italian manages to come out of the incident unscathed.
OFF THE POST AND SAVE! Kokcu sends a low cross to the near post that Mancini almost steers into his own net, but the ball clatters off the post. Til latches on to the rebound and fires at goal on the half-volley, only to see his effort pushed past the post by Patricio.

Jose Mourinho will be satisfied with his side's performance in the first half. They were clinical when they needed to be and have looked solid at the back. The Portuguese is a master of game management and will be drilling into his players that they are 45 minutes from silverware.

Feyenoord overcame Marseille in the last four of the competition, holding their composure in the second leg with a 0-0 draw after winning the first 3-2. It will take a strong performance from the club tonight to deliver a rare European crown.

Tammy Abraham's strike at the Stadio Olimpico was enough to claim a 2-1 aggregate victory. Jose Mourinho and his team will be desperate to end the campaign with silverware, even though they already earned a place in the Europa League for next term. I Lupi finished sixth in Serie A after beating Torino on the final day of the season, and Mourinho will be eyeing a similar effort tonight.
