Luizao has said goodbye to Sao Paulo ahead of a proposed transfer to West Ham United, as reported by Football.London.
The defender's contract expires at the end of January and it's thought he will join the Premier League side.
Luizao has said his goodbyes to the club on Instagram.

Reiss Nelson is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of the season but is hoping he will be able to continue his career with the Gunners.
