Liverpool take on Wolves in their final match of the season at Anfield on Sunday, while Southampton travel to face Leicester City.
Liverpool take the Premier League title race into the final game of the season after beating Southampton 2-1 at St Mary's. The Reds close within a point of Manchester City at the top of the table as a result of their comeback win. Ralph Hasenhuttl's men took a surprise lead through a super strike from Nathan Redmond. However, Takumi Minamino responded with a blast from close range before Joel Matip found the net in the second half to secure the three points as his looping header beat Alex McCarthy. Liverpool will now be reliant on former captain Steven Gerrard and his Aston Villa team to do them a favour against Manchester City in the hope of securing the Premier League crown.

The battle for the Premier League title goes on for Liverpool tonight after their FA Cup triumph over Chelsea on penalties at the weekend. Jurgen Klopp and his team secured their second crown of the season, but will be desperate to take the Premier League title race into the final game and need a victory tonight to put the pressure on Manchester City. The Reds have been in supreme form of late, but need one final effort to attempt to complete an unprecedented quadruple.
Southampton are safe from the threat of relegation, although their recent form almost put them in trouble near the foot of the Premier League table. The Saints have won only one of their last 11 matches in the top flight and were beaten with ease in their last outing by Brentford on the road. Ralph Hasenhuttl did come under fire from sections of the Southampton support at Brentford Community Stadium, and will be under pressure to deliver a response tonight.
Good evening and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Southampton and Liverpool at St Mary's.
