Crystal Palace Under-21s goalkeeper Joe Whitworth has signed a contract extension with the club.
After signing his new deal, the 18-year-old said: “Signing this new contract extension means the world to me and my family, especially as they’re all Palace fans. “It’s a dream come true to sign this new deal and I’m really looking forward to getting my head down and working hard in the future.”

Wolves closer to Lemina deal
Wolves have moved closer to finalising a deal for Nice midfielder Mario Lemina that could bring him back to the Premier League this winter.
That is according to a report in The Athletic which explains that talks have advanced in recent days with a fee of around £10million ($12m) being discussed.

Lucas to leave Spurs
Tottenham will not trigger the option on Lucas Moura’s contract for the Brazilian forward to stay at the club beyond this season, The Telegraph report.
The article explains that his current deal had an option to be extended until 2024, but it needed to be activated before December 31.
Spurs opted against this and so Lucas can leave for free this summer.
Jamal Lowe joins QPR on loan
The Bournemouth forward Jamal Lowe has completed a loan move to Championship side QPR for the remained of the season.
The Premier League club confirmed the news on their website and stated they would 'wish Jamal well' as he links up with the London club.
West Ham keen to keep Antonio
According to a report in the Express & Star, West Ham are currently not willing to let forward Michail Antonio leave this winter.

Watford want Pellistri in a loan deal from Man Utd
Watford are keen to get Manchester United’s Facundo Pellistri on loan for the rest of the season, according to The Telegraph.
Coach Slaven Bilic was impressed with the youngster after his exploits with Uruguay in the World Cup and wants to get him to reinforce his attack. Pellistri’s agent has already reached England to figure out a deal before the January transfer window closes as the player wants more minutes.
The 21-year-old got to make his United debut against Charlton during Tuesday's Carabao Cup quarter-final win.
Two PL outfits interested in Roma's Karsdorp
Southampton and Bournemouth have made inquiries for Rick Karsdorp as the Dutchman has fallen out of favour with Jose Mourinho and wants a January exit, according to Sky Sports via Romapress.
Serie A outfit Monza have already submitted a bit for Karsdorp for a loan move with an obligation to buy at the end of the season if they manage to stay afloat. However, the Italian side are unwilling to match Karsdorp's salary demands which is going to make the task simpler for the Premier League teams.

Manchester City could cut short Liam Delap's loan spell at Stoke City in January, as reported by The Telegraph’s John Percy.
However, they would need an agreement with Stoke to terminate the loan mid-season. The striker has scored just thrice in 22 appearances and hence the think tank at Etihad thinks it will be better for the 19-year-old to try another club. A number of Championship clubs are keen to get him for the second half of the season.

Steven Gerrard could become the next manager of Poland after he was relieved of his duties by Aston Villa, according to The Sun.
Czeslaw Michniewicz was sacked by Poland FA after the World Cup and the position remains vacant. Gerrard had an excellent stint with Rangers and even led them to the Scottish league title, but had a disappointing tenure at Ibrox with Aston Villa.

Atletico make Aubameyang enquiry
Atletico Madrid have enquired Chelsea about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to Evening Standard.
Although the Gabonese international has not yet been made available for sale or loan his name has cropped up during negotiations for Joao Felix, who is set to move to Stamford Bridge on a short loan.
Aubameyang has not started since November 6 but remains keen to fight for his place under Graham Potter.

Aston Villa have agreed to pay Real Betis £12.5m - for defender Alex Moreno, according to Sky Sports.

Marseille midfielder Matteo Guendouzi, formerly of Arsenal, has reportedly received a contract offer from a Premier League club.
But according to L'Equipe, Marseille are uncertain of which team in England contacted the player and are awaiting further details.

Besiktas have agreed to let Wout Weghorst leave for Manchester United after being assured they would receive compensation, reports Nicolo Schira.
Weghorst is currently on loan from Burnley, but Manchester United have pushed for that deal to be torn up so they can bring the striker to Old Trafford as soon as possible.
