How many goals did Lewandowski score for Bayern Munich?
Lewandowski was on the books of Bayern from 2014 to the summer of 2022 after joining from arch-rivals Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer.
In hindsight, it now seems to be one of, if not the, best bargains of the 21st century, especially considering the levels of transfer fees these days.
He enjoyed a history-making, record-breaking, trophy-laden eight years at the Allianz Arena, fuelling an absolute Bayern winning machine that practically won every trophy under the sun.
He had an unbelievable 2019-20 season, peaking with 55 goals in 47 games as the Bavarians went on to win the historic treble: Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, and the prestigious Champions League.
With the exception of his debut Bayern season, when he "only" tallied 25 goals in all competitions, Lewandowski never scored fewer than 40 goals in a single season in the seven campaigns that followed.
Not only did he turn out to be a beast predator, sheer goal-scoring machine throughout his Bayern career, but he broke records left, right and centre along the way.
It was him who performed the unthinkable in a match against Wolfsburg when he scored five goals in nine minutes.
It was him who became the first player in Bundesliga history to win five consecutive top scorer trophies in a row, as well as seven outright.
It was him who broke multiple Gerd Muller records in 2021, who it was widely assumed would never be exceeded in German football history.
It's hardly a surprise that Lewandowski can also brag about winning the Bundesliga title in all eight seasons he spent at the club, and 19 trophies in all.

How many goals did Lewandowski score for Borussia Dortmund?
Lewandowski arrived in Germany in the summer of 2010-11, when the then 21-year-old Polish international was snapped up by Borussia Dortmund in what turned out to be a career-defining move. The journey, however, almost took a very different course.
Blackburn Rovers, who were a Premier League outfit at the time, scouted Lewandowski at Lech Poznan and would have signed him if it wasn't for an Icelandic volcano ash cloud crisis in 2010 that made plane travel impossible.
The Black and Yellows hijacked the deal and Lewandowski spent four seasons with Dortmund, scoring a whopping 103 goals across all competitions.
He won successive Bundesliga titles with BVB between 2010 and 2012, a DFB Pokal in 2011-12
and was a member of the BVB team that lost 2–1 to Bayern in the 2012-13 UEFA Champions League final.Notably, he annihilated Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid team in the Champions League semi-finals that campaign, scoring all four goals in Dortmund's 4-1 first-leg triumph against Los Blancos.
Not to mention, he formed the coolest friendship duo with Marco Reus. Who could forget that awesome handshake?

LEWANDOWSKI AT ZNICZ PRUSZKOW
Lewandowski began his career in his native Poland, playing for lower-league outfits such as MKS Varsovia, Delta Warsaw, and Znicz Pruszkow before joining Lech Poznan in June 2008. Of course, he was scoring goals for fun back then as well.
At Znicz Pruszkow, he gained various accolades, notably topping the third-tier goalscoring charts, a piece of cake for someone of his quality. He replicated the same feat once the club was promoted to the second division.

Lewandowski's Poland record year by year
With over 130 matches under his belt, Lewandowski is the most-capped Poland player of all time.
He also holds the record as Poland's all-time top scorer with 76 goals during his time in the national team, placing him 11th in the record books for most international goals, and only behind Ronaldo, Messi, and India's Sunil Chhetri in the list of top active international goal-scorers.
Indeed, Lewandowski is regarded as a national treasure back in his homeland Poland, not just for his goals but also for his contributions to single-handedly carry his country on the international stage on not one but multiple occasions.
He was the driving force behind them making it to the 2018 World Cup finals, scoring no less than 16 goals, and establishing a new European record for most goals scored during qualification.
Lewandowski netted three goals for Poland during their Euro 2020 campaign, however the Poles were knocked out in the group stage after coming last in their group.
He will be aiming to keep the goals coming for Poland during the upcoming 2022 World Cup as the Poles hope for better fortunes this time around.
