Unsettled Walusimbi is among the 30 players called up to Uganda Cranes squad by head coach Sebastien Desabre
Godfrey Walusimbi has been called up to the Uganda Cranes squad that is set to take on Tanzania in the Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.

The left-back is at the centre of controversy after he sneaked out of Gor Mahia camp to South Africa where is understood to be negotiating for a possible transfer with Kaizer Chiefs.

But the unsettled Walusimbi is among the 30 players called up to Uganda Cranes squad by head coach Sebastien Desabre to begin preparations against Taifa Stars of Tanzania.

The Group L match will take place on September 8th, 2018, at Mandela National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
