Single change as Kenya takes on Ethiopia in Afcon U-17 qualifiers

Kenya needs a win to book a place in the semi-finals slated for Friday

Michael Amenga has made one change in Kenya’s starting line line-up set to face Ethiopia on Wednesday.

Oscar Kamori has been called upon in place of Tony Castro Odhiambo, who has been ruled out of the match having suffered a hairline fracture in Kenya’s last match against Uganda.

Arnold Onyango, meanwhile, will bear the Captain’s armband. Kenya needs a win to book a place in the semifinals slated for Friday.

The match is set to kick-off at 3 pm at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with Uganda facing off against Djibouti in the alternate fixture.

Kenya  XI: Bixente Lazaru (GK), Arnold Onyango(C), Alphonce Omija, Oscar Kamori, Telvin Maina, Nicholas Ochieng, Keith Imbali, Said Musa, Mathew Mwendwa, Richdonald Bolo and Ezekiel Mogendi.

Subs: Brian Olango (GK), Felix Chabaya and Francis Kayugi.
