Bandari coach Paul Nkata has faulted Nairobi-based referee Andrew Juma for denying his team a penalty against Western Stima.
Nkata believes that the outcome of the match could have been different had the referee awarded them the penalty in second half. "It was obvious Western Stima defender handled the ball inside the box but the referee failed to award us a penalty otherwise the results of the match could have been different. But anyway that is football."
The Ugandan coach revealed that the weather affected the new players, who featured in the match. Bandari fielded Ivon Kiweewa from Uganda military side Simba and Cosmas Lewis from Tanzania besides Hamisi Mwinyi from Nairobi City Stars and given time Nkata believes the new players will acclimatize.
Bandari play their next match against pace setters Tusker at Moi Kinoru Stadium in Meru on July 2.
