We're all set to find out who will be making the semifinals of the competition...

The AFC Champions League 2018 quarterfinals second leg is all set to unfold. Let's take a look at what awaits us.

Persepolis v Al Duhail

Al Duhail are taking a slender one goal advantage from the first leg when they travel to Iran to face Persepolis in the second leg of the AFC Champions League quarter-final tie.

Almoez Ali's goal in the first leg gave Al Duhail a narrow victory at home but whether they can do it in front of a hostile crowd again is the real question. Al Duhail have won all their games in the competition so far and are favourites to go through.

Persepolis, however, have not lost at home and will not be pushovers by any means.

Venue: Azadi Stadium, Tehran
Kick-off: September 17, 18:30 UTC+4:30

Al Sadd (QAT) v Esteghlal (IRN)

Al Sadd are in the driving seat against Esteghlal, given their 3-1 win in the first leg away from home as they prepare to host Esteghlal in the second leg tie.

The Qatari outfit came from behind in the first leg to gain a two-goal advantage and are almost sure to go through to the semifinals barring a stirring response from the Irani outfit.

Can they score three goals and go through? Seems unlikely.

Venue: Jassim bin Hamad Stadium, Doha
Kick-off: September 17, 19:00 UTC+3

Tianjin Quanjian (CHN) v Kashima Antlers (JPN)

China's Tianjin Quanjian have an uphill task on their hands against Kashima Antlers of Japan in the second leg of their AFC Champions League quarter-finals.

The first leg finished 2-0 in favour of the Japanese side with Brazilians Leo Silva and Serginho getting the goals. Kashima will favour themselves to hold on to the advantage and progress.

They are on the verge of their first ever semifinal appearance but Tianjin will be looking to play the party-poopers.

Venue: Macau Olympic Stadium, Macau
Kick-off: September 18: 19:30 UTC+8

Suwon Samsung Bluewings (KOR) v Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (KOR)

Suwon Bluewings will be prepared for an assault from Jeonbuk Hyundai in the second leg of their AFC Champions League quarter-final.

A stunning final 15 minutes in the first leg saw Suwon score three without reply against Jeonbuk that leaves them with one foot in the semi-finals ahead of the second leg. Now their task will be to safeguard that draw in front of their home fans.

But Jeonbuk will attack with vigour to overcome what they will perceive as an upset in the first leg.
