Chelsea and Atletico both want Trossard


Champions League clubs Chelsea and Atletico Madrid may be set to engage in a transfer battle for Brighton's Leandro Trossard.

This is at least according to a report in The Mirror, who report that both sides are keen on the Belgian with his contract set to expire next summer as things stand.

Trossard, of course, played under new Blues boss Graham Potter and the article quotes the 27-year-old as being keen to follow his old manager to London, but he will 'not sit on the bench'.

Man United and Spurs consider Maddison


According to Fichajes, Leicester City James Maddison midfielder is wanted by a number of English clubs.

Indeed, adding to Newcastle United's supposed interest in the Englishman, the outlet reports that Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur may also make a move for him.

Despite the Foxes' troubles so far this term, Maddison has been their stand-out player scoring five times already in the Premier League.

PSG eye move for Arsenal's Saliba


After a fine start to the season, Arsenal will be desperate to tie William Saliba down to a long-term contract.

His deal runs until 2024 and while talks about an extension persist in the media, PSG have been said to hold an interest in the French defender.

Former Georgian footballer and Kvaratskhelia's compatriot Lasha Salukvadze has told the media (via Football News 24) that Jurgen Klopp is following the player's progress.

The Napoli winger has caught the eye with some spell-binding displays this season, and it looks as though Real Madrid could make a move for the 21-year-old too

In full, Salukvadze said: "Kvaratskhelia had an incredible start to the season at Napoli. Ancelotti and Klopp are following him and I believe that in the future he will go to Liverpool or Real Madrid."

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Manchester United have made an enquiry regarding the possibility of signing Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.

The article claims that the Red Devils have contacted the player's agent Alejandro Camano – alongside Paris Saint-Germain – but any possible deal is still in the early stages.

In 194 games for Inter, Martinez has scored 78 goals and provided 26 assists, establishing himself as one of Europe's top talents in recent seasons.
