As per Fabrizio Romano, Nottingham Forest are set to sign full-back Nuno Tavares on loan with an option to buy after reaching an agreement with Arsenal. The 23-year-old has been linked with an exit this summer after rumours indicated that he wasn’t a part of Mikel Arteta’s long-term plans. But while interest in Tavares has been sparse, Forest were reportedly the front-runners to sign him.

But negotiations between the two sides have been ongoing for several weeks although Romano has reported that an agreement has been reached over a deal. The Gunners will get a loan-fee of around £2m while Forest also have an option to buy Tavares for around £12m next summer.

As per the Daily Mail, Nottingham Forest are still keen on getting a deal done for Nuno Tavares and have re-opened talks with Arsenal over the same. The 23-year-old was linked with a move but talks collapsed last week after they failed to reach an agreement. That opened the door for Aston Villa but the Villians are yet to make their move over a potential move.

It has allowed Forest the chance to get a deal done again and the Daily Mail has reported that the two sides are back in talks. The Tricky Trees want to sign Tavares on loan with an option to buy, something that Arsenal are open to as the 23-year-old doesn’t feature in Mikel Arteta’s long-term plans.

As per transfer insider Dean Jones, Arsenal are strongly considering a late approach to sign Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace. The Gunners are in the market to sign a replacement for Jurrien Timer, who suffered an ACL injury, and have reportedly created a four-man shortlist. That includes Victor Nelsson, Eric Garcia, Perr Schuurs and Guehi although the club are yet to make a move for any.

But Jones has reported that the Gunners could table a bid just before the window closes despite the fact that the Eagles are reportedly looking for around £60m. That was the fee that they quoted to Chelsea when the Blues came asking around earlier this summer. Yet, reports have indicated that the North Londoners are still having internal discussions over signing a replacement.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez is unwilling to part with Eric Garica this late in the transfer window despite serious interest from Arsenal. The Gunners are looking to sign a replacement for the injured Jurrien Timber and have created a four-man shortlist to do the same.

That list includes several names including Garcia especially, with the 22-year-old struggling to establish himself as first-choice at Barcelona. Yet while Xavi is unwilling to part with Garcia, Mundo Deportivo has revealed that Barcelona would be open to an offer north of £45m. But that is a fee that Arsenal are unwilling to meet as they view Garcia as a short-term option and don’t want to overspend.

In an official statement, Real Sociedad have confirmed that they have signed Arsenal full-back Kieran Tierney on loan for the rest of the season. The 26-year-old has been linked with an exit although, despite interest from across Europe, reports indicated that Tierney was keen on a move to Sociedad.

The full-back had dropped down the pecking order at Arsenal and was keen on leaving the club in a bid for regular game-time. However, both clubs have confirmed that the deal includes no option or obligation to buy as Arsenal expects Tierney back at the end of the season.

As per transfer expert Rudy Galetti, Arsenal have created a four-man shortlist to replace the injured Jurrien Timber with the club looking to reinforce their squad. The North Londoners only signed Timber this summer but he suffered an ACL injury, ruling him out for at least six months. According to Sky Sports, Arsenal full-back Kieran Tierney has landed in San Sebastian to undergo a medical ahead of his loan move to Real Sociedad. The 26-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal and has been linked with an exit this summer. As per Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, Saudi Pro League side Al Ettifaq have made a move to sign Nicolas Pepe and are in discussions with the Ivorian over personal terms. The forward is out of favour at Arsenal and has been linked with an exit this summer, with interest from across Europe. Amidst that, reports have indicated that Al Ettifaq have become the front-runners in the race for Pepe.

Konur has reported that Al Ettifaq manager Steven Gerrard is driving the move to sign the 28-year-old and that the club have presented Pepe with a four-year contract. However, the Ivorian is yet to make a decision on his future amidst interest from Turkey, France and now Saudi Arabia.

According to The Times, Brentford are looking for fees of beyond £80m for Ivan Toney in January amidst rumours that Arsenal and Tottenham could make a move. The 27-year-old is currently serving an eight-month ban for breaching the FA’s gambling rules, which ends in January. According to The Athletic, Arsenal and Real Sociedad are closing in on an agreement over a potential move for Kieran Tierney this summer. The 26-year-old is reportedly keen on leaving the Emirates Stadium for more game-time and has been linked with a move to several clubs. But the Spanish side have been the front-runners as they offer Champions League football.

The Athletic have revealed that Sociedad will sign the left-back on loan and while there is no option or obligation to make the move permanent, they are paying a loan fee and covering Tierney’s salary. The report has also indicated that the deal is not yet fully completed but both sides expect things to be wrapped up soon, with a medical scheduled for this weekend.

The 20-year-old has struggled for game-time recently after a slew of injuries and reports have indicated that the La Liga side are open to selling the Spanish forward. In a transfer twist, Brentford goalkeeper David Raya is now all set to join Arsenal initially on loan, according to The Athletic.

According to the Guardian, Arsenal are looking to increase their offer for Kai Havertz as they look to sign the German international. The German international has had an inconsistent tenure at Chelsea and the Gunners are looking to lure him to the Emirates to bolster their forward battery.

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal have had an opening offer of £80m for Declan Rice turned down by West Ham, who expect Man City entering the bidding war for the England international.

The Europa Conference League winners will reluctantly allow Rice to leave this summer, but will charge a premium price of want £120m, but they would accept £100m plus a player.

Arsenal lead the race for his signature but their opening offer falls short of that valuation. Though the Gunners are expected to return with an improved offer for the midfielder, they have fresh competition in the form of Man City, who are assessing their options and could offer Kalvin Phillips in a player-plus-cash deal to West ham.

According to The Times, Arsenal have renewed interest in Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo who is likely to cost £80m. Mikel Arteta wants to overhaul Arsenal’s midfield this summer as the Gunners are closing in on landing number one target Declan Rice.

However, Arsenal are set to conduct something of a fire-sale in order to raise funds for new additions and balance their books, with Granit Xhaka expected to make a £15m move to Bayer Leverkusen once Rice arrives at the Emirates.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with Rice for months, and speculation has been heading in the right direction. Bayern Munich were apparently in race to sign the 24-year-old too, but now, they have reportedly pulled out of the race.

According to Football Insider, Arsenal have agreed a deal in the range of £100m to sign West Ham midfielder Declan Rice in the upcoming transfer window.

Arsenal are keen on signing a fullback to bolster the squad and have been keen on brining in another Man City star at the club. According to reports in Sky Sports News, the Gunners are interested in signing 29-year-old full-back, Joao Cancelo.

According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, AS Roma are pushing for a move for ex-Leicester City midfielder and Arsenal target Youri Tielemans in the summer.

According to Telegraaf, Bayern Munich are very close to completing the signing of Juventus striker and Arsenal target Dusan Vlahovic.

Vlahovic hasn't had the best of times at Juventus since joining last year and is looking to leave Turin. Bayern Munich have been looking for a replacement for Robert Lewandowski since he left last summer, and have reportedly found their ideal candidate in the Serbian forward.

Arsenal are still keen to sign Fresneda, and have already made a tempting offer to sign Real Valladolid defender Ivan Fresneda this summer, according to German outlet Bild (via Sport Witness), who are reporting on the matter due to Borussia Dortmund's interest in the young right-back.

The 18-year-old has made a total of 24 appearances so far this season and has put some impressive displays in La Liga, playing his part in Valladolid's survival bid this season.

Emile Smith Rowe has been the subject of mass transfer speculation after making just 14 appearances this term. That is partly down to a groin injury he sustained back in September during Arsenal's 3-1 defeat to Manchester United.

But even since returning to fitness, the England international has struggled for minutes, with Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson both seemingly ahead of him in the pecking order.

Arsenal appeared to be the strongest candidates with The Telegraph reproting that the north Londoners are preparing a club-record £92m bid for England international, though West Ham want as much of that fee paid upfront.

However, Bayern Munich have now entered the scene and have made Rice a top target, with manager Thomas Tuchel "convinced he's the perfect defensive midfielder for Bayern", Sky Sports Germany's journalist Florian Plettenberg tweeted.

It is also claimed that the Bundesliga side could pay the England international's full asking price, which is believed to be set at £100m as they look to beat Arsenal in the race to secure West Ham United captain's signatures.

According to La Repubblica (via AreaNapoli), Antonio Sanabria is garnering the attention of several clubs after a decent scoring season in which he has netted 12 goals and has provided three assists for Torino, making him the Italian outfit's top scorer.

The Gunners view him a potential low-cost option given that it would take a fee of around €25m to convince the Granata, which is not a huge sum for a Premier League side nowadays. However, AC Milan and Napoli are also eyeing a move for the Serie A striker, with the latter considering him as a potential Victor Osimhen replacement.

According to reports from 90min, Arsenal had a club scout in attendance to watch over Dominik Szoboszlai and Dani Olmo during RB Leipzig's 3-1 victory over German giants Bayern Munich last weekend.

Arsenal's presence in the stands demonstrated their active pursuit of the attacking midfield pair. Szoboszlai, for one, has been a long-term target for the Gunners since they tried to sign him in January 2021.

Contracted at Leipzig until 2025, the 22-year-old Hungarian international has a reported €70m release clause in his contract, which the German outfit could demand for his services.

Manager Mikel Arteta is also well aware of Spanish winger Dani Olmo's talents. Olmo is out of contract in 2024 and if he doesn’t sign that new deal, RB Leipzig would sell for around €30m.

Bukayo Saka is set to commit his future to Arsenal by penning a new long-term contract and the club are set to announce imminently.

Having already tied down Martinelli and Aaron Ramsdale to fresh deals during the season, Arsenal have been locked in talks with Saka for several months over extending his stay at the Emirates.

Saka, whose existing contract runs until 2024, has played a starring role for Mikel Arteta’s side this term, scoring 14 goals and registering 11 assists across all competitions.

According to Marca, Arsenal may make a move for Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich in the next transfer window.

The report states that Kimmich's future at Bayern Munich is in doubt, with Barcelona and Liverpool also keeping tabs on him.

Burnley are highly keen on signing Arsenal midfielder Sambi Lokonga on loan next season, as they look to bolster their squad on their return to the Premier League, reports Football Insider.

Lokonga has previously worked with Burnley manager Vincent Kompany when they both were at Belgian side Anderlecht, with Kompany looking to reunite with the out-of-favour Arsenal midfielder.

According to journalist David Ornstein, Arsenal are keeping close tabs on Manchester City's midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.

The German midfielder is tipped to leave the reigning Premier League champions and the Gunners want to acquire his services next season to replace Granit Xhaka, if the Swiss midfielder decides to leave the London-based club.

According to CaughtOffside, West Ham United are plotting a triple raid on Arsenal in exchange for their star-midfielder Declan Rice.

The England international is tipped to join the Gunners and West Ham United are looking to get three players in return for Rice. The Hammers are initially looking for a cash deal with the London outfit expected to pay a fee of around £120m for Rice, but the price could drop down if West Ham gets one or more players in an exchange deal.

David Moyes is reportedly targeting the trio of Reiss Nelson, Folarin Balogun and Albert Sambi Lokonga. With none of the above-mentioned players getting constant starts in Arteta's team, the Spanish manager could be lured to ship the trio to West Ham for Rice.

After it was reported the Brighton were open to selling star midfielder Moises Caicedo this summer, Football Insider now claim that Arsenal are leading the race to sign the Ecuadorian youngster.

The player is valued at £70-80 million and the Gunners are set to return for this player this summer after Brighton rejected several bids in January.

Arsenal will be offered the chance to sign PSV Eindhoven midfielder Xavi Simons this summer, according to The Mirror.

According to El Nacional, should Arsenal come for Barcelona winger Ansu Fati, the Catalans would like to swap the forward with Gunners midfielder Martin Odegaard.
