Erling Haaland is in no mood to stop scoring and bagged yet another hat-trick as Manchester City crushed Burnley 6-0. The unstoppable Norwegian made it nine goals in eight days with another virtuoso attacking display to sink City legend Vincent Kompany's Burnley and send the Premier League champions into the FA Cup semi-finals for the fifth year running.

Haaland was not satisfied at all by plundering five goals against RB Leipzig in the Champions League and struck twice in quick succession in the first half to bury runaway Championship leaders Burnley, who had made a promising start.

He completed his hat-trick in the second half, while Cole Palmer and a double from Julian Alvarez completed another rout for Pep Guardiola's side.

    Came alive in the second half, laying on the pass for both of Alvarez's goals.

    Struggled for chunks of the first half.

    Phil Foden (8/10):

    Another brilliant performance from the England forward, who took a couple of hard knocks in the first half but came right back at Burnley, setting up Haaland's first and third goals, smacking the post for the latter before the Norwegian followed up.

    Not his best game as his fellow attackers took centre-stage.

    Erling Haaland (10/10):

    Showed no sign of his hunger for goals being sated. Combined superbly with Alvarez and Foden for his first two, then demonstrated his remarkable reflexes to knock in the third. The only shame, again, was that Guardiola took him off.

    Julian Alvarez (9/10):

    What a way to mark his new contract. The Argentine showed great understanding with Haaland to set up the opening goal and took both of his goals, particularly the second, magnificently.
