The biggest match in Indian football is upon us as arch-rivals ATK Mohun Bagan and East Bengal gear up to face each other in the season's second Kolkata derby on Saturday at the Fatorda Stadium in Goa.
Since the two teams entered into the Indian Super League (ISL), they have met each other thrice and on every occasion, the Green and Maroons have emerged victorious.
The ongoing campaign has been a nightmare for the Red and Golds who are last in the league table with just nine points from 13 games. Their rivals, on the other hand, have 16 points from 10 matches and are in the eighth position. It has to be noted though, that Juan Ferrando's men have played fewer matches than the teams above them.
