Manchester United have held talks with Switzerland international goalkeeper Yann Sommer according to TeamTalk.

Sommer's current contract with Borussia Mönchengladbach expires at the end of the ongoing season and the Red Devils are planning to bring him for free to replace David De Gea.

Liverpool are keen on signing AC Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer in the upcoming transfer window according to Relevo.

The Algerian's contract with the Serie A giants expires at the end of the season and while the club are willing to offer him a new deal, the player is yet to commit his future.

Manchester United have reportedly entered the race to sign England star Jude Bellingham according to the Times.

Liverpool are currently the favourites to land the player next season but they will face competition from Manchester City and now Manchester United.

Arsenal have shown interest in signing Palmeiras midfielder Danilo dos Santos in January according to Fichajes.

Reportedly several top European clubs have their eyes on the young player and the Gunners want to seal the deal as soon as possible.

Liverpool show interest in signing 18-year-old Birmingham City midfielder George Hall according to The Daily Mail.

Other than the Reds, Everton and Leeds United are also chasing the talented teenager.

Manchester United have initiated talks to sign Benfica midfielder Cher Ndour according to Todo Fichajes.

The 18-year-old's contract with the Portuguese club expires soon and according to reports the Red Devils are favourites to land the player in the upcoming January window.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Sheffield United midfielder Sander Berge according to journalist Dean Jones via GiveMeSport.

The journalist claimed, "There’s definitely interest here and there’s been an interest for a long, long time. Liverpool have looked at this in the past but he got a pretty serious injury and that was around the time when they probably had the most interest in him."

Chelsea are in pole position to sign Croatian defender Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig according to the Daily Mirror.

Real Madrid are also interested in signing the 20-year-old centre back but the Blues are currently leading the race. They are reportedly ready to spend £45million plus add-ons to land the player.

Man Utd could make another move for Frenkie de Jong and remain interested in signing Jude Bellingham, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Manager Erik ten Hag has told close friends that if he could sign any player in the world for his team it would be Bellingham.

Meanwhile, De Jong has privately told Ten Hag he'd be happy to move to Old Trafford, the report says, even though publicly he has said he wants to stay at Barcelona.

Liverpool are planning to meet with Ismael Bennacer to discuss a potential move to Anfield, according to Relevo.

Manager Jurgen Klopp wants to strengthen his midfield and bring in two or three new players. Bennacer has emerged as a target and could move on a free if he does not extend with the Rossoneri.

Man Utd believe they have an advantage when it comes to landing Cody Gakpo, as manager Erik ten Hag has known the forward for over a decade and has a great relationship with the Netherlands international.

Real Madrid, Arsenal and Newcastle are also keen but Ten Hag's close bond with the Dutchman could be key when it comes to Gakpo chosing his next club, according to The Mirror.

Man Utd are willing to make Marcus Rashford the club's highest earner if he signs a new deal at Old Trafford.

The Daily Star report that the Red Devils are willing to offer Rashford a deal worth £400,000 a week if he commits his long-term future to the club.

Chelsea and Liverpool are both battling it out for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, according to Sky Sports.

Neither club are yet to open talks with the Ecuador international, while Brighton do not want to sell and have Caicedo contracted to the club until 2025.
