Chelsea face Brazilian side Palmeiras in the final of the Club World Cup on Saturday afternoon, as the west London outfit aim to be crowned world champions for the first time.

Thomas Tuchel's men overcame Saudi Arabian team Al Hilal in the semi finals, while Palmeiras beat African champions Al Ahly.
