The home ground of AFC Richmond shown in the series is actually the home of Premier League club Crystal Palace, Selhurst Park stadium.

In season one, AFC Richmond take on Everton in an away clash in the Premier League. Interestingly though, Everton's traditional home turf Goodison Park was not used for filming the game. The makers instead shot the scenes at Fulham's Craven Cottage stadium.

The famous Wembley Stadium was shown in episode eight of season two when AFC Richmond reached the semi-final of the FA Cup and played at the venue against Premier League giants Manchester City.

Most of the indoor shooting of the series was done in the famous West London Film Studios in Hayes. Incidentally, the SkyEx Community Stadium of Hayes & Yeading United which is used as AFC Richmond's training ground - as noted above - is located just opposite the studio.

The Crown & Anchor is a fictional pub in the series which the AFC Richmond fans regularly visit to catch their favourite club in action. The original place is named The Prince's Head located in Richmond. It was opened in 1705 as The Duke of Ormonde’s Head, named in honor of James Butler, the second Duke of Ormonde. In 1778, the name was changed to The Prince's Head.

The famous Rivoli Ballroom was used to film one of the scenes in episode four of the first season where a charity was being held for underprivileged children.

The original building of the Rivoli Ballroom was created as Crofton Park Picture Palace in 1913 and was renamed Rivoli Cinema in 1929. The theatre hall ran until 1957 when it was converted into a ballroom.

The iconic Tower Bridge in London was shown in the pilot episode of the series when Ted arrives in the city.

Watched the 1st episode of 'Ted Lasso' last night, and it was quite enjoyable for what it was. Laughed at a few one liners in the episode as well, the one about how Tower Bridge isn't London Bridge as it's still standing made me howl a bit 😂😂
