Everything you need to know about the Gunners' upcoming pre-season plans ahead of the 2023-24 campaign

Arsenal are returning to the United States this summer as they prepare for the 2023-24 season and their long-awaited return to the Champions League. Mikel Arteta's side enjoyed an excellent pre-season campaign across the Atlantic last year, one that many at the club felt was the catalyst for their superb start to the 2022-23 season.

So they will be returning to America once again, with some high profile fixtures already scheduled. Here, GOAL brings you everything you need to know about Arsenal's pre-season tour, including how to buy tickets, where to watch games, squad details and more.

    Arsenal kick-off their tour of the United States with a game against the MLS All-Stars on July 19.

    The All-Stars will be coached by current DC United boss Wayne Rooney, who said: "The opportunity to lead the best our league has to offer against a top Premier League club like Arsenal will be a highlight for me personally and an unforgettable experience for our passionate fanbase here in DC."

    Arsenal will then travel to New York where they will play Manchester United. It will be the first time the two great Premier League rivals will have met on American soil. The Gunners will then head to Los Angeles where they will take on Barcelona at SoFi Stadium, the home of owner Stan Kroenke's LA Rams.

    Fans wishing to attend the pre-season tour friendly games will be able to buy tickets through the official Arsenal website and Ticketmaster, subject to availability.

    Arsenal's travelling squad for their tour to the United States will be announced just before they fly.

    But it is expected to be a strong squad, with Mikel Arteta set to take all his big names with him, given this will be a summer without a major international competition.

    Arsenal moved quickly to bring in signings last summer so they could travel with the squad on the pre-season tour and integrate as quickly as possible. The club will be hopeful of doing similar this time around.
