The 14th edition of the AFF Championship kicked off on December 20, with the best teams of Southeast Asia locking horns to determine the best in the region.
The draw for the tournament was held back in August with two groups of five teams each, with every team playing two matches at home and two away in the group stage.
The top two sides of each group advanced to the knockout stages consisting of two-legged semi-finals and finals.
Some exciting contests are scheduled and here's every detail you need to know about the tournament as Thailand prepare to defend their title!
Group A consists of pre-tournament favourites Thailand, who are widely expected to reach the knockout stages again.
Indonesia will also fancy their chances of finishing among the two best teams, but Philippines could prove to be a tricky opponent in that battle.
Cambodia and Brunei are the underdogs in the group, but should not be underestimated as they could spring a surprise on a good day.
