The Paraguayan international is the first player RSL has added through the league's U-22 mechanism.

Whitecaps add Gressell from D.C.
The Vancouver Whitecaps have signed Julian Gressel from D.C. United, the club announced.
Gressel will cost the Whitecaps $900,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM), with $300,000 of that depending on if Gressel plays in just three MLS matches.

Revs sign DP from Juve
The New England Revolution have signed Giacomo VIroni from Juventus as a Designated Player, the club announced.
The 23-year-old made two appearances for Juve's first team and featured for the club's U-23 side in Serie C before joining Austrian side WSG TIrol on loan for the 2021-22 campaign.
“I am excited to start this next chapter of my life and career in Boston and Major League Soccer with the New England Revolution,” Vrioni said. “I have seen many talented players come from Europe and thrive in MLS, which is why I believe this is the right time to take this step in my career. I look forward to meeting all my new teammates, coaches, and the Revolution supporters soon.”
Yow completed move to Belgium
D.C. United's Griffin Yow has completed a move to join KVC Westerlo in Belgium, the MLS club confirmed.
The 19-year-old midfielder played 36 games in all competitions for D.C. United after signing as a Homegrown player in 2019.
“We want to thank Griffin for his years of commitment to the club starting as an academy player,” Lucy Rushton, D.C. United General Manager, said.
“He was one of the first Homegrowns to prosper from our Pathway 2 Pro program after getting his foothold in professional soccer by playing important minutes with our USL Championship side, Loudoun United FC. We wish him all the best in the next chapter of his career.”

St. Louis FC have signed German youth international Eduard Lowen as a Designated Player, the club confirmed.
Lowen has represented Germany at the U-20, U-21 and U-23 levels and has featured for FC Nuremberg, Hertha Berlin, Augsburg and VfL Bochum during his career.
“We are excited to add a quality player like Eduard to our squad,” said Sporting Director Lutz Pfannenstiel.
“The experience he has already acquired at his age will be crucial for our team and he will bring structure and strategy in the center of our midfield. USMNT forward Haji Wright is drawing interest from Turkish side Trabzonspor, according to Fanatik.
Trabzonspor won the Super Lig last season, booking a spot in the Champions League as a result, and the club is targeting Wright to provide some goals to their attack.
The 24-year-old striker scored 14 goals in 31 league appearances while on loan at Antalyaspor, earning him additional links with Hull City.

According to Hull Live, the American striker is drawing interest from the Tigers after starring for Turkish side Antalyaspor this past season.
Wright scored nine goals in the last 10 games of his club season and recently scored a penalty on his USMNT debut.
USMNT fullback Reynolds set for Belgium move
USMNT fullback Bryan Reynolds is set to sign with Belgian side Weterlo on a season-loan loan from Roma, reports MLSSoccer.com.
The deal includes a purchase option of €7 million ($7.3m), with FC Dallas retaining a sell-on percentage.
The 20-year-old spent last season on loan with KV Kortrijk after managing only six apearances for Roma with only one coming since Jose Mourinho took over.
Richards drawing interest from Premier League and La Liga
USMNT defender Chris Richards is drawing interest from Southampton, Crystal Palace and Valencia, reports CBS Sports.
Bayern are prepared to sell the defender, but only for a fee of around $15.8 million (€15 million).

American youngster Llanez set for another loan
American youngster Uly Llanez is set to spend another season on loan with St. Polten, the club confirmed.
Llanez played 27 games for the club last season, scoring six goals while providing five assists while on loan from Wolfsburg.
St. Polten director Jan Schlaudraff said: “Ulysses has proven his value for the team in many games over the past few months and has shown that he has great potential.
"We are therefore very pleased that he has decided to develop with us for another year and to recommend him for higher tasks."
Horvath's Forest future in doubt
Ethan Horvath's future at Nottingham Forest is in doubt as the club looks to bring in Manchester United's Dean Henderson on loan, GOAL can confirm.
Horvath hinted that he could leave the club while on USMNT duty, saying that his future is undecided.
And he'd almost certainly look to move on if a deal for Henderson is completed as he looks to lock down a more consistent role after serving as a backup primarily during Forest's promotion season.
