Spurs are said to be interested in the 23-year-old Spaniard but will have to pay €45 million to secure his signature.

West Ham manager, David Moyes, says there is 'no chance' Rice will leave in January and that any move is 'impossible.'
Rice has become hot property since breaking into West Ham's first team, with Chelsea reportedly interested in bringing him back to the club he played at as a youngster.

Sounders FC announce Heber signing
Seattle Sounders have announced the signing of veteran forward Heber from New York City FC for a fee of up to $550,000 by 2024.

Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has reportedly asked chairman Daniel Levy to sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie, according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The Ecuadorian has impressed in 2022-23 with his performances in the Bundesliga and at the World Cup in Qatar, attracting interest from many top European clubs, such as Spurs' rivals Chelsea.
However, Conte is said to be leading an improved charge from the North London club for Hincapie, working alongside managing director Fabio Paritici for a deal to sign the 20-year-old either in January or the summer.

Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix is reportedly top of Manchester United's transfer shortlist for the January window, according to journalist David Ornstein.
“I don’t think there’s much money to spend at Manchester United, so I don’t want to disappoint fans, but it’s most likely going to have to be a loan deal," he told NBC. “United are focused on a central striker for January.
"Therefore they also are looking at somebody like Joao Felix if they can do that loan deal. The only name I’m hearing primarily at the moment is Joao Felix – again, if the numbers come down on a loan basis.”
