Thanks for joining us for live coverage of Real Madrid's 3-2 victory over Sevilla in LaLiga.
The brilliant turnaround for the visitors means that they now hold a 15 point lead at the top of LaLiga, and will surely mean that the league title will be coming back to the Bernabeu. They will travel to Osasuna next, as they look to collect three more points on their way to the championship. The shocking defeat for the hosts means that they miss out on the chance to go second, and they'll travel to relegation-threatened Levante next as they look to banish the demons of this loss.
The referee blows the whistle on a brilliant game, with Real Madrid coming back from 2-0 down at half-time to win 3-2. They were under real pressure early, and went a goal behind on 21 minutes when a Rakitic free-kick pierced the wall and flew into the bottom corner. That disadvantage was then doubled just minutes later, when poor defending allowed Corona to square for Lamela, who finished it off. Ancelotti made a change at the break when he brought Rodrygo on, and the substitution paid off almost instantly as the Brazilian winger got on the end of a Carvajal cross to smash into the roof of the net and reduce the deficit. Ancelotti then thought his side were level on 76 minutes, when Vinicius Junior took a touch on a long cross before lashing home. However, the referee ruled that the Brazilian youngster had handled the ball and disallowed the goal and despite a lengthy VAR check, the referee's initial decision stood. The visitors did finally get back level though on 82 minutes, when Nacho smashed home just seconds after coming on to the pitch after Carvajal cut the ball back to him. The stunning comeback was then completed in injury time, when more good work from Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo allowed the latter to drag the ball back for Benzema. The Frenchman took his time, before burying his shot to seal the 3-2 win.
M. Díaz
Yellow Card
90' + 9' Mariano is booked for standing in front of a free-kick as Jordan looked to hoist a ball into the penalty area.
90' + 7' A few Sevilla long balls are dealt with by the Real Madrid defenders, who may just have done enough.
T. Kroos
Yellow Card
90' + 5' Kroos is booked for time-wasting.
M. Díaz
K. Benzema
90' + 5' Benzema, the scorer of what looks to be the winning goal, makes way in injury time for Mariano.
90' + 4' Can the visitors hold onto their lead now?
90' + 2' Rodrygo got to the byline before cutting the ball back for Benzema, who calmly did the rest.
K. Benzema
90' + 2' Incredible!!! Real Madrid's sensational comeback is complete!!! Benzema looks to have stolen it at the death, as excellent work down the right by Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo ends with the latter dragging the ball back for their strike partner. The Frenchman takes a couple of touches with multiple defenders around him, and seemingly takes an age before smashing into the back of the net to make it 3-2.
90' The fourth official has put up his board, and indicated that there will be seven minutes of additional time at the end of this match.
89' The Champions League semi-finalists are looking the more likely here to grab a late winner.
87' Lopetegui hasn't won any of his five LaLiga managerial games against Real Madrid, and has seen a two goal lead for his team wiped away here as that unwanted streak looks set to continue.
85' Benzema drags just wide, as the visitors look to complete the dramatic comeback.
Óliver Torres
Yellow Card
83' Torres is yellow-carded for his protests about a potential foul in the build-up to the equaliser.
82' Carvajal's ball back to Nacho was perfect, for the defender to smash home.
82' Real Madrid are level!!! It's Nacho who is the scorer, as Sevilla failed to deal with a corner. The ball ends up with Carvajal on the right of the box, who then cuts it back to Nacho. The substitute hits it first-time, and buries his shot to get his team back on level terms just seconds after coming onto the pitch as he makes it 2-2.
Diego Carlos
Yellow Card
81' Diego Carlos is booked for bringing down Rodrygo as his countryman looked to counter.
Lucas Vázquez
81' Nacho is on in place of Vazquez.
L. Modrić
81' Ancelotti puts on Asensio for Modric.
80' Torres' through-ball looks to have put Mir through on goal, but Militao gets back brilliantly to take the ball off the toes of the striker and get rid of the danger.
Yellow Card
78' Nacho is booked for his protests about the VAR decision to not award the goal.
78' No goal!!! After a lengthy VAR check, the referee stays with his original decision and rules that Vinicius Junior did indeed handle the ball, disallowing the goal.
76' The referee is heading to the pitchside monitor, as he goes to have another look at the incident.
74' Are the visitors level? Real Madrid think they have made it 2-2, as a cross from the right goes all the way over to Vinicius Junior at the back post. The Brazilian winger takes a touch before firing home, but the referee rules that he has handled it and disallows the goal. VAR will check it, with both teams pleading their case to the referee.
73' There's a huge chance for Sevilla, as Mir gets his head on the end of a Torres cross from the left. However, the striker's nod at goal is poor and flies over.
L. Ocampos
E. Lamela
72' Lamela is substituted off for Ocampos.
70' Lamela brings a long ball down, but is forced to wait for options and has to go back. The ball is eventually given away and the danger is gone.
68' Navas tries to curl an effort towards the far corner, after cutting onto his left foot. The shot is poor though, and flies high and wide of Courtois' goal.
66' Ancelotti has won six of his seven games as manager against Sevilla, but needs his team to produce more goals here if he is to keep that impressive run going.
64' There's strong claims by the home fans for a penalty as Kroos appears to handle, but the referee waves away the protests.
63' Close for Benzema! A clever backheel makes space for the French striker to shoot, but his driven effort from a tight angle skims wide as Bounou was at full-stretch.
N. Gudelj
M. Acuña
62' Acuna makes way for Gudelj.
L. Augustinsson
J. Corona
62' Corona comes off for Augustinsson.
61' Rakitic is up, and the Croatian midfielder is going to try and play on.
59' Rakitic is down in midfield, and will require some treatment.
57' Modric's through-ball to Vinicius Junior is nearly perfect, but Navas is just able to get back in time and nip the ball away from the Brazilian.
55' Benzema cuts a low delivery across the face of goal, but it just evades Rodrygo's toe in the middle and runs away from danger.
54' Militao hammers an effort at goal from distance, but Bounou is able to leap and tip it over the crossbar for a corner.
52' The hosts are looking very shaky at the back all of a sudden, and it wouldn't be surprising if Ancelotti's side are back on level terms soon.
50' Carvajal's good link-up play with Vinicius Junior made the space for the Spaniard to cross into the box and allow Rodrygo to fire home.
50' Real Madrid are back in it!!! It's an excellent goal too, as Vinicius Junior and Carvajal combine down the left before the latter squares into the box. Rodrygo is there waiting, and smashes into the roof of the net to pull a goal back and make it 2-1.
48' Big chance for the visitors! Bounou makes an excellent save to stop a Benzema shot, after the Frenchman was picked out by Modric in the box. Benzema's shot was towards the bottom right corner, but the keeper was out of his goal quickly and equal to the effort.
46' The hosts get us back underway for the second period.
E. Camavinga
46' Rodrygo also comes on for Camavinga at the interval.
Óliver Torres
A. Gómez
46' Gomez makes way for Torres at the break.
It's been a very good performance from the hosts so far, but can they keep up this level of performance for the whole 90 minutes?
The referee blows his whistle, bringing an end to the first-half with the scoreline 2-0 to the hosts. They started very lively early on, and got themselves a deserved lead after 21 minutes when Rakitic sent a brilliant free-kick through a shoddy Real Madrid wall and into the back of the net to put his side in front. Sevilla then doubled their lead just moments later, as poor defending from the visitors allowed Corona to get to a through-ball before Courtois and square for Lamela. The Argentinian forward made no mistake with the finish, lashing home into the nearly empty net to spark more wild celebrations. Ancelotti's men grew into the game and looked more threatening towards the end of the half, but Sevilla held firm to preserve their two goal advantage going into the interval.
45' + 4' Bounou makes a big stop to deny Benzema, but the flag later goes up and the goal wouldn't have counted anyway.
45' + 2' The visitors have been more lively in the last couple of minutes, but the hosts aren't exactly helping themselves as they continue to give the ball away in dangerous positions.
45' The referee has added on four minutes of additional time at the end of this first-half.
43' Navas and Acuna both make important tackles in their own box to halt the danger and preserve the 2-0 scoreline.
Rafa Mir
A. Martial
41' Martial, still injured from the incident with Camavinga, makes way for Mir.
A. Martial
Yellow Card
39' Martial goes in the book for his protests at the referee not awarding a foul or second yellow card for Camavinga's drag-back on him.
38' The Sevilla fans are baying for a second yellow card for Camavinga after he appears to drag down Martial as the French striker charged forward, however the referee doesn't even award a foul.
36' Corona has three options in the middle to pick out with a cross, but his delivery is poor and Courtois comes and gathers, much to Corona's teammates' frustrations.
34' The ball is headed out to Benzema, who tries a half-volley from range. However, his effort doesn't have the power or direction to really trouble Bounou and the goalkeeper collects comfortably.
33' Ancelotti's team have been pressing the hosts really high up the pitch, but Sevilla's impressive passing has rendered it pretty useless.
E. Camavinga
Yellow Card
31' Camavinga is the first player to go in the referee's book, for a very late challenge on Corona in midfield.
29' The visitors have won their last two away LaLiga games against Sevilla, but face a long way back now if they want to keep that run going.
27' It's been a superb start for the hosts, and they will fancy their chances now of holding onto this lead and closing the lead to Real Madrid at the top to nine points.
J. Corona
25' Corona's pace allowed him to get to the ball before Courtois, and square to Lamela who made no mistake.
E. Lamela
25' It's 2-0!!! Lamela is the scorer, thanks to some more awful defending by the league leaders. Acuna's headed through-ball to Corona is reached by the Mexican winger before the onrushing Courtois can get there, and the ball is tapped acros to Lamela. The former Spurs man makes no mistake, as he places into the back of the net to send the home fans into raptures once more.
25' Acuna sends a low delivery across the face of goal, but Courtois is able to come and gather it before any of Lopetegui's men can tap in for a quick second.
23' It's been a shaky start by the visitors, and the hosts now have a fully deserved lead. Can they hold onto their advantage?
I. Rakitić
21' What a goal!!! Rakitic is the man chosen to take the free-kick, and he perfectly sends the ball through the wall and into the back of the net. There's a post-mortem in the Real Madrid defence as they try to work out how the wall was so poorly organised, but Sevilla don't care as they now lead 1-0.
20' Modric brings down Gomez, and the referee awards the hosts a free-kick in a very dangerous shooting position. Who will be trusted to take it?
19' Bounou spills a Kroos corner, but fortunately for the goalkeeper his teammates are able to clear up his mess and get rid of the danger.
17' Courtois is alert to come and collect a Navas cross, before anyone in a Sevilla shirt could reach it.
15' The hosts haven't won any of their last six LaLiga games against Real Madrid, drawing one and losing five.
13' Navas curls a cross over from the right, but it's over the heads of Martial and Corona as the ball runs out for a throw-in.
11' It's been a very competitive game so far, and Sevilla have held their own as of yet as they look to upset the league leaders.
9' Martial shows good strength on the edge of the Real Madrid box to hold off Militao, before lashing a shot just wide of the left post.
8' Gomez weaves into the visitors' box, but Militao makes a big tackle to dispossess him.
6' Camavinga's left-footed effort from range flies well over Bounou's goal, never really troubling the Moroccan goalkeeper.
5' Ancelotti's men have their first real spell of possession and work it all the way to edge of the opposing box, but Diego Carlos makes an important interception at the perfect time to halt the attack.
3' Gomez and Acuna both see decent early crosses dealt with by the visiting defenders, as they look to put the pressure on early.
1' The visitors kick us off and we are underway.
The two teams make their way onto the pitch ahead of kick-off.
Visiting boss Carlo Ancelotti also goes with three alterations from the Champions League quarter-final second-leg against Chelsea in midweek, as Militao and Vazquez come into the back four over Nacho and Ferland Mendy. Camavinga is the other player to be switched in, replacing Casemiro in midfield.
Home head coach Julen Lopetegui makes three changes from the 4-2 win over Granada last time out, as Acuna replaces Augustinsson at left-back while Gomez and Lamela come in for Ocampos and En-Nesyri.

The hosts come into this game in mixed form having won one, lost one and drawn three of their last five matches. They currently sit third in the league, but will move into second with a point here.
