Sommer holds positive Bayern talks


Goalkeeper Yann Sommer has held positive talks with Bayern Munich over a move to the Allianz Arena, according to Sky Sport reporter Florian Plettenberg.

The stopper wants the transfer but Gladbach will only sanction his departure if they can find a replacement, and Sommer will not try to force through a move.

Emmanuel Dennis to leave Nottingham Forest


Nottingham Forest are willing to let Emmanuel Dennis leave the club just five months after he joined the club from Watford in a deal worth £10 million.

The Athletic report that Forest are willing to listen to offers for the forward, but he can only move abroad as he's already played for two English clubs this season.

Atletico Madrid will try to bring in Caglar Soyuncu from Leicester City during the January transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Diego Simeone's side already have a verbal agreement with the defender to move on a free transfer in the summer but are hoping to bring the move forward.

Sky Sports are reporting the Portuguese side are insisting Spurs must pay his £40m release clause which has led Antonio Conte's side to cool their interest in the 23-year-old.

Badiashile set for Chelsea medical


Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile is in London to undergo a medical with Chelsea ahead of completing his move to Stamford Bridge, according to Football.London.

Man Utd favourites to land Thuram in January


Manchester United are in the market to sign a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo and are in pole position to land attacker Marcus Thuram.

The Premier League side have been in talks with the Borussia Monchengladbach man and could sign him in January, La Repubblica reports.

Villarreal reject Ajax bid for Rulli


Ajax have had a bid for goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli rejected by Villarreal, Relevo reports.

The Dutch giants are in the market for a new goalkeeper and although the Yellow Submarine are willing to listen to offers for Rulli, they were not impressed by the initial offer.

Depay snubs January move and will leave Barca for free


Memphis Depay will leave Barcelona in a free transfer at the end of the season.

The Netherlands star has been linked with a January move but it has been reported he will see out the rest of the season with the Catalan side and exit when his contract runs out this summer.

Carlos Aleman has left Espanyol to join Valencia, it has been confirmed.

Kroos to sign new Real Madrid deal, Ancelotti suggests


Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos is likely to sign a new contract and continue at the club, coach Carlo Ancelotti claimed.

The German's contract expires at the end of the season but Ancelotti has suggested that the 32-year-old won't be leaving any time soon, suggesting he will sign a new contract.

Arsenal have reportedly activated clauses to extend the contracts of Bukayo Saka and William Saliba by an extra year as per ESPN.

Both Saka and Saliba have contract until 2024 but Arsenal have extended them by one more year. Talks are on for long-term contracts with the players.

Arsenal join race to sign Brighton star


Arsenal are the latest club to show interest in signing Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo according to Fichajes.

Arsenal will face competition from Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea who also want to rope in the player. Brighton are expected to ask for a transfer fee of around €60million.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly pushing the club to sign Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat according to Corriere dello Sport.

Spurs ready to place bid for Barcelona forward


Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Barcelona and Spain forward Ferran Torres according to Fichajes.

The Premier League side are ready to place a €35 million bid for the former Manchester City start whose current contract runs until 2027.

Kante could sign a new Chelsea contract


Amid interest from FC Barcelona and Al-Nassr, N'Golo Kante could sign a new contract with Chelsea as per Fabrizio Romano.

The journalist told Caughtoffside, "N’Golo Kante’s priority has always been Chelsea and the Premier League. Kante is now in talks with Chelsea on different terms, this is why the situation is now open again. A few months ago it looked really complicated, but the situation is different now. Barcelona and Al Nassr have never reached any agreement with Kante, just normal interest but it’s now an open situation."

Everton eyeing move for Man Utd attacker


Everton are keen on making a move for Manchester United youngster Anthony Elanga according to Simon Phillips via GiveMeSport.

The journalist said, "Everton are knocking on the door making enquiries. They are in the early stages. They are speaking to his agent regarding a loan move, I believe, at the moment. That’s the proposal they want to put together for him."

Chelsea to keep pushing for Enzo Fernandez transfer


Chelsea continue to remain interested in signing Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandez from Benfica according to Fabrizio Romano via Caughtoffside.

The journalist claimed, "At the moment there are negotiations ongoing for Enzo Fernandez, Chelsea will push this week to get it done, it’s really advanced, but it’s not completed yet. It will depend on Benfica, on president Rui Costa who always said he wanted €120m clause or nothing. It’s always open to other clubs until it’s done, but Liverpool will not pay €120m clause and never made an official bid despite fake news around.

"Chelsea would ideally like a different structure to the €120m clause, but the player really wants to join. It will be up to Benfica, though, so we’ll see what happens in the next few days."

Felix asking price set amid Man Utd & Chelsea interest


Joao Felix is considering making a loan move in January as Premier League giants like Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal remain interested in signing the player.

The Athletic reports that Atletico Madrid have set an asking price of €21million (£18.6m; $22.5m) package for the player which comprises a €15m loan fee plus €6m gross salary.

Modric rejected big offer to continue at Real Madrid


After signing Cristiano Ronaldo, Al-Nassr turned their attention towards Real Madrid star Luka Modric but the Croatian reportedly rejected their offer to continue in Spain according to Marca.

The Saudi Arabian outfit are also keen on signing Sergio Ramos next season but Modric has made it clear that he wants keep playing in La Liga until 2024 when his existing contract expires.

Badiashile omitted from Monaco squad


Moncao have dropped a major hint over Benoit Badiashile's future, with the defender recently being linked with a move to Chelsea.

A deal is understood to have been agreed by the two clubs, and the Ligue 1 side's decision to omit the defender from the squad for their 1-0 victory over Brest on Sunday evening will do little to quell speculation.
