Thanks for tuning into our live coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
The defeat was a heavy one for Cultural, who did well to frustrate Barcelona in the first leg, but they were still able to come away with a historic goal under their belts. Teams - particularly lower league ones - don't often score at Camp Nou, and they'll be hoping they can take positives from tonight into their next league game as they continue their push for promotion.
The referee blows his whistle for the final time and confirms Barcelona's place in the last 16 of the cup they currently hold thanks to a 5-1 aggregate win. In truth, it was an easy evening for a second-string side, who were able to take advantage of poor defending from their visitors early on and never looked in danger after Munir fired them into the lead with 18 minutes on the clock.
90' + 2' Busquets stretches for the ball and catches Martinez late, leaving the referee with no choice but to award Cultural another late free kick. This time Rodriguez crosses, and Martinez smashes a shot over the crossbar after latching on to a glancing header.
90' + 1' Ortiz is caught on his way towards the Barcelona box and wins his side a free kick in a decent position. Rodriguez decides to shoot but can only hit the wall with an poorly executed strike.
90' The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time.
89' Malcom is down again and will have to make way. The Brazilian looks understandably upset as he hobbles off the pitch and down the tunnel. Barcelona will have to play the remaining few minutes with 10 men.
88' Munir goes close! A clever throughball is sent into the Cultural penalty area and finds the forward, who takes a quick touch and shoots but has his low effort well saved by Palatsi.
86' After a minute or two by the side of the pitch, Malcom is eventually able to return to the action. He still seems to be moving a bit gingerly, though, and it remains to be seen if he'll complete the game.
85' Play gets underway as Malcom is observed over on the sideline. Cultural try to push forward and make their numerical advantage count, but a lofted pass forward fails to pick out Rodriguez on the edge of the penalty area.
84' This doesn't look good for Malcom. The Brazilian has gone down after sliding awkwardly, leaving his leg under his body and causing him to writhe around in pain as the Barcelona medical staff assess the damage.
83' Ortiz darts through the middle of the Barcelona defence and latches onto a throughball before heading towards the box, but, much to the relief of the home side, the linesman's flag is rightly raised for offside before he can take on Cillessen.
81' Cultural regain possession and quickly counter-attack through Rodriguez. The winger makes good progress down the right flank before crossing, but there's nobody inside the box and the attacking move comes to nothing.
Antonio Martínez
Josep Señé
79' And now Sene has made way for Martinez in a third and final change for Cultural.
D. Escalante
Víctor Díaz
77' Escalante has come on to replace Diaz in a second substitution for the visitors.
75' It's all Barcelona as they keep pushing forward in search of a fifth goal. Miranda makes a great run down the left wing and towards the box, where he cuts a pass back towards Munir but can't quite pick out the striker in front of goal.
73' Suarez steps up and unleashes a thumping strike, but it's sent straight at the wall of white shirts camped in front of him and fails to trouble Palatsi.
72' Miranda is fouled on his way towards the Cultural penalty area and wins Barcelona a free kick in a very promising position. It's certainly within shooting distance, but what will they be able to do with it?
Riqui Puig
70' That was really clever play from young Puig, who has made a positive impact since coming off the bench. The 19-year-old certainly looks comfortable out there.
Denis Suárez
70' GOAL! Suarez makes it 4-1 to Barcelona! A lovely chipped pass from Puig bounces into the box and finds Suarez, who races on to the ball and quickly beats Palatsi to re-establish the hosts' three-goal lead.
68' Palatsi is left scrambling all over the place inside the Cultural penalty area after sloppy defending from the visitors allows Munir through on goal, but the goalkeeper rushes out to deal with the danger. He then closes down Puig and, after several nervy seconds, eventually shepherds him out of play for a goal kick.
66' Chance for Alonso! A looping corner is fired into the middle of the box by Rodriguez and manages to pick out the full-back, who rises high above his marker but can't quite hit the target with his headed effort.
64' Cultural are enjoying a decent spell of possession at the moment but they're struggling to do much with it. Barcelona are well organised in front of them and are denying them the opportunity to get anywhere near the penalty area.
C. Lenglet
Nélson Semedo
62' Lenglet, who scored a last-minute winner in the first leg, has come on to replace Semedo at the back for Barcelona.
Eneko Capilla
Adrián Mance
60' Mance makes way for Capilla in Cultural's first substition of the evening.
58' Space opens up for Mance to counter-attack into. He sprints down the right flank and towards the penalty area, where he unleashes a cross that's overhit and fails to find a team-mate in front of goal.
56' Barcelona immediately push forward from the restart as they try to re-establish their three-goal lead, but Cultural have plenty of bodies back and are able to make sure Munir can't receive the ball inside the box.
Riqui Puig
Oriol Busquets
55' Barcelona have made a second switch, with Puig coming on to replace Oriol Busquets.
Josep Señé
54' GOAL! Cultural have pulled a goal back! A thumping strike is palmed away by Cillessen but only as far as Alonso, who then fires a follow-up shot back at the Dutchman. The ball bounces off his leg and over to Sene, who easily blasts in the visitors' first goal to make it 3-1.
53' Cultural come back once again and are able to win themselves a rare corner. The low cross fired towards the near post by Rodriguez is a poor one, though, and fails to find a team-mate.
52' A lofted pass is launched towards the Barcelona box and results in a free kick for Cultural in a promising position after a foul from Chumi. The cross into the penalty area is well hit and looks as if it could end in a chance on goal, but the home side do well to clear the danger before it does.
50' Barcelona pile bodies forward and manage to win themselves a corner over on the left wing. Suarez steps up and crosses, but his ball into the box is slightly underhit and fails to result in a chance on goal.
48' Semedo goes close! The Portuguese makes a great run in from the right flank and towards the edge of the penalty area, where he unleashes a low shot that flies just inches wide of the near post.
46' We're underway once again!
Sergio Busquets
I. Rakitić
46' Barcelona have made one change during the break, with Rakitic, who was excellent in the first half, making way for Busquets.
Cultural have shown plenty of attacking intent and have done well on a few occasions, but more often than not they've left themselves dangerously open at the back. Sloppy defending has been exploited by Barcelona, leaving them with a mountain to climb after the break.
As easy as you like for Barcelona, who are comfortably ahead and as good as through to the next round of the cup. They were made to work extremely hard in the first leg but have enjoyed a much more straightforward time tonight, with poor defending from Cultural allowing them to get into a commanding position at the halfway stage.
45' + 1' Barcelona push forward on one final attacking move as they try to increase their lead before the break, but the referee ends up blowing his whistle just as Malcom sends a cross towards Suarez on the edge of the box.
45' The fourth official has indicated that there will be just one minute of added time.
I. Rakitić
43' Three goals, three assists for Rakitic! The Croatian has been brilliant in the middle of the pitch so far, with his pinpoint passing causing all sorts of problems for the visitors.
43' GOAL! Malcom makes it 3-0! The Brazilian is left all alone inside the Cultural penalty area, where he easily latches on to a looping cross before beating Palatsi with a wonderfully placed header.
42' Mance picks up the ball over on the right flank and immediately bursts down the wing. He's closed down by two defenders on the edge of the penalty area but does really well to win his side a corner with a deflected cross.
40' Suarez is constantly finding so much space over on the left wing, and once again he's presented with a good chance to score. He can't make it count, though, as he cuts on to his right foot and allows Alonso to close him down.
38' Suarez darts into the Cultural box and manages to latch on to a lofted pass. He brings the ball down well and heads towards the corner flag, but he's quickly closed down by two defenders and loses out before he can pass to a team-mate.
Juan Miranda
Yellow Card
36' Miranda sticks out a leg and catches Romero with a late challenge, leaving the referee with no choice but to show the Barcelona youngster the first yellow card of the game.
34' Rodriguez, who has been one of Cultural's better performers so far, gets himself into a good position deep down the right wing. He then swings a deep cross into the Barcelona penalty area, but there's nobody there to meet it and Semedo can chest the ball into the hands of Cillessen.
32' Rakitic and Munir link up once again as Barcelona exploit more space, but the latter's strike from just outside the box has far too much power behind it and sails over the top of the crossbar.
30' Another chance for Suarez! Cultural are carved open on the break, with Alena this time playing an important role in the build up. He pokes a clever pass over to Suarez, who quickly shoots but has his strike parried away by Palatsi.
28' Barcelona are guilty of some sloppy play of their own inside the final third of the pitch, but Semedo is eventually able to amend for his earlier error by winning the ball back on the edge of the penalty area.
I. Rakitić
26' Once again it was Rakitic who provided the assist. The Croatian did well to quickly pick out Suarez, who was in a great position after sloppy play from the visitors.
Denis Suárez
26' GOAL! Suarez makes it 2-0! Cultural are caught open once again, allowing the midfielder to fly forward and cut on to his right foot before firing a bouncing shot into the far corner. There was no stopping that!
24' Barcelona pile plenty of bodies forward as they make Cultural work hard once again. They're unable to carve out a chance on goal before Rakitic eventually shoots, but his effort from distance is overhit and fails to trouble Palatsi.
22' Munir hits the post! The forward is easily able to beat his marker and burst into the box, where he only has Palatsi to beat. He manages to get the better of the goalkeeper with a thumping strike but ends up smashing the woodwork instead of finding the back of the net.
20' Cultural quickly try to attack from the restart and make their way down the right flank, but Barcelona have plenty of bodies back and are able to shepherd the ball out of play for a goal kick.
I. Rakitić
18' That was a good run and pass from Rakitic but Cultural will be disappointing with their defending there. They left themselves slightly open and made it easy for the Barcelona duo.
M. El-Haddadi
18' GOAL! Munir fires Barcelona in the lead! Rakitic darts towards the edge of the box before teeing up Munir, who spins and fires a great shot into the top-right corner of the net to make it 1-0 to the hosts.
17' Cultural may be willing to push bodies forward but it's already starting to leave them open at the back. Spaces have started appearing for Barcelona, who are surely going to start exploiting them soon enough.
15' Rodriguez is caught late in the middle of the pitch and wins a free kick for the visitors. They're unable to make it count, though, as the ball eventually makes its way into the hands of Cillessen.
13' Almost a chance for Munir! Malcom cuts on to his left foot and swings a lovely cross into the middle of the box, where Munir is waiting. The forward beats his marker and rises high but he can't quite latch on to the ball in front of goal.
11' Semedo breaks down the right wing and delivers a cross into the penalty area, but it's sent too near to Palatsi and is easily collected by the goalkeeper before it can find a team-mate.
9' Cultural push forward once again as they continue showing attacking intent, but a throughball from Albizua can only find Mance in an offside position.
7' It's been a good start to the game from Cultural, who aren't scared to push bodies forward. They did a really good job of frustrating Barcelona in the first leg and are immediately looking to do the same tonight.
5' Munir goes close! A looping cross is fired into the middle of the Cultural box and picks out the striker, who gets a head on the ball with his back to goal but sends his effort a yard or so wide of the far post.
4' Barcelona push forward on their first attack of the night, with Alena breaking down the left flank. He heads towards the byline before cutting a deflected pass back to Rakitic, who then blasts a 20-yard strike high over the crossbar.
3' Cultural start to the game on the front foot and are able to win themselves an early corner over on the right wing. It's sent short before a looping cross is fired into the penalty area, where Barcelona are just about able to clear the danger after a few chaotic seconds.
1' We're off! It's Cultural who get us underway.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
Meanwhile, Cultural boss Victor Cea has made seven alterations to the team that featured at the Estadio Reino de Leon, with Saul, Ivan Gonzalez, Escalante, Sergio Marcos, Liberto Beltran, Zelu and Aridane making way for Alonso, Albizua, Diaz, Yeray Gonzalez, Rodriguez, Mance and Sene.
Ernesto Valverde has decided to make four changes to the Barcelona side that took to the field in the first leg, with Vermaelen, Rakitic, Busquets and Alena coming into the starting line-up to replace Jorge Cuenca, Arturo Vidal, Sergi Samper and Dembele, respectively.
Cultural Leonesa substitutes: Aridane, Antonio Martinez, Ivan Gonzalez, Zelu, Eneko Capilla, Dionicio Escalante, Samuel Diarra.
Cultural Leonesa XI (4-1-4-1): Jorge Palatsi; Jose Alonso, Vicente Romero, Albizua, Victor Diaz; Yeray Gonzalez; Hugo Rodriguez, Adrian Mance, Jesus Bernal, Josep Sene; Jorge Ortiz.
Barcelona substitutes: Clement Lenglet, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Sergio Busquets, Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembele, Riqui Puig, Guillem Jaime.
Barcelona XI (4-3-3): Jasper Cillessen; Nelson Semedo, Chumi Brandariz, Thomas Vermaelen, Juan Miranda; Ivan Rakitic, Oriol Busquets, Carles Alena; Malcom, Munir, Denis Suarez.
There’s just over 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up today…
Could Cultural make history by scoring a goal against Barcelona for the first time in their history? The two sides previously met in the Copa del Rey back in the 2009-10 campaign, with the Blaugrana winning 7-0 on aggregate. In fact, Barcelona have conceded only one goal against a team from the third-tier or below in three years, with Hercules last managing to do so back in November 2016.
It’s proving to be a difficult period for Cultural, who are without a victory since the end of October and find themselves on a five-game winless run in the league. Their opponents, on the other hand, have only been beaten by Real Betis in their previous 13 matches and moved to the top of LaLiga with a 2-0 triumph over Villarreal on Sunday.
Cultural gave their illustrious opponents a real run for their money at the end of October, but it’s going to take something very special for them to avoid defeat, let alone win, tonight. Barcelona have lost just one of their last 40 home games across all competitions, although that came against Real Betis in stunning circumstances only four weeks ago.
Barcelona may have won each of the last four editions of the Copa del Rey but they were made to work extremely hard in their first test of the season, with an injury-time goal from Clement Lenglet handing them the narrowest of 1-0 victories. Back on home turf, fans will be expecting a more decisive display as they aim to book their place in the last 32.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of today’s Copa del Rey last 32 tie between Barcelona and Cultural Leonesa at Camp Nou.
