Nange struggled to get into the game early on, but he soon grew into it to positively impact Amakhosi's display until he was substituted.

Billiat was adventurous, direct and pacy which made him a thorn for Maritzburg and he grabbed an assist.

Dolly looked to link up with Billiat, though with mixed results and he was substituted in the closing stages of the game.
Tried to be a menacing presence down the right.
Parker was dispossessed far too easily at times, but he took his goal very well when he headed home Billiat's header.
Came on in the 75th minute and could not make the impact he would have hoped for with Maritzburg dominating possession and Chiefs defending.
Introduced in the 83rd minute and he made some well-timed tackles as he protected the Amakhosi defence.
He came on too late to make any impact having been introduced in the 86th minute.
